Trainer B Weaver advised Stewards on 5 September that PINK FLAMINGO RUN has been treated for a respiratory condition since last racing and will return to the workouts prior to resuming.

Race 2 - ULTIMATE SNIPER AT ALABAR MOBILE PACE
Driver B Weaver (MRS WASHINGTON) admitted driving carelessly near the 500 metres when allowing his runner to shift inwards checking CONQUISTADOR which broke and lost its chance. After hearing submission on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Weaver's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 19 September 2021 (4 days).

Race 1   BETAVET AMATEUR DRIVERS MOBILE PACE
MYRCELLA - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver M McIntyre. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
BELLE'S BOY - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the final straight. Shifted outwards once obtaining clear running over the concluding stages however when doing so restricted the racing room of ROYAL JESTER which had to be steadied. Driver B Laughton was issued with a warning.
FLAMBOYANT - weakened final bend.
DISMARA - driver G Cook was warned for using his whip free of the rein in the home straight.
MARTIN JOHN - over-raced near the 1200 metres when being restrained to surrender the lead.
ROYAL JESTER - held up by a weakening runner final bend. Had to be steadied over the final stages when placed in restricted room. Driver A Edge was questioned regarding his decision not to shift outwards near the 600 metres but instead allow himself to be covered by the improving three wide line. Mr Edge explained that he believed the parked runner, FLAMBOYANT (S Blake), to be travelling well at this time as Ms Blake had not had to encourage the horse at this stage. He added that he had been reluctant to improve wide this far from home however regretted that decision once FLAMBOYANT commenced to weaken soon after. Stewards accepted his explanation as reasonable in the circumstances and took the matter no further. Mr Edge was fined $200 for using his whip free of the rein in the home straight.
VON ART - driver B White was warned for using his whip free of the rein in the home straight,
EL DORADO - raced wide from the 700 metres. Driver B Wilmott was warned for using his whip free of the rein in the early stages of the home straight.
PAY ME VISA - trainer A Stuart was warned for not having the correct colours available.
FOUR STARZZZ SHIRAZ - held up over the final stages.
THE NAENAE EXPRESS - shifted outwards in the early stages of the run home despite the efforts of driver A Fitzgerald.
Race 2   MT HUTT TROTTING CLUB TROT
ADITI - fractious prior to the start. Stood on the mark before breaking in the early stages, losing its chance and was retired from the race. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts at the request of trainer G Smith.
BACARDI PRIDE - hung inwards and struck track markers on the final bend.
CHEEKY MONKEY - weakened passing the 500 metres.
MISS MILLIE - broke over the final stages. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
AWESOME IMPEE - over-raced middle stages.
ANDOVERFIST - trotted roughly and was slow in the early stages. Broke approaching the 400 metres.
DASHING DUTCHY - broke at the start. Hung inwards and trotted roughly passing the 1900 metres.
AIGUILLE - raced wide early and middle stages. Broke passing the 1300 metres. Broke again approaching the 400 metres and the 150 metres. Trotted roughly throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 3   HARVEY SIGNS HARNESS 7000 MOBILE PACE
VALERIE VERDE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
PRODIGAL SON - over-raced early and middle stages.
GLITZ AND GLAM - held up throughout the run home.
ALL TOGETHER NOW - raced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the candy pole. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide without cover from the 700 metres.
MISS MARKLE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver R Close. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Held up throughout the run home.
CHANCE ACHIEVER - raced wide early stages.
GET OUTTA TOWN - raced wide early stages.
SHEEZAGOLDENGIRL - when questioned regarding the improved performance the connections advised the filly had benefited from a freshen up and were not surprised after the horse had trialled well recently.
Race 4   DOUG COLEY FLOORING LIMITED MOBILE PACE
There was a delay to the start due to MOODY RIVER being attended to by the farrier.
IT'S ME - hung inwards final bend.
AUCHTERCAIRN - raced roughly near the 1200 metres. Lay inwards and raced roughly in the early stages of the run home.
JUSTACE - hung inwards throughout the final straight having to be corrected on several occasions.
PENELOPE BROMAC - out of position at the candy pole and start despite the efforts of driver B Hope. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
REINIMIN PATRON - out of position at the start. Driver G Smith was issued a warning. Held up final bend.
LITTLE GEE - over-raced middle stages.
TIGER LOU - when spoken to regarding the performance of the mare co-trainer and driver C DeFilippi advised he was disappointed with the effort and now intended to send the horse for a brief freshen up.
Race 5   GAVIN DOUGLAS MOBILE PACE
BLACK LACE - weakened from the 500 metres.
THE COBBLER - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver S Ottley. Will now be drawn unruly. Paced roughly passing the 600 metres and had to be steadied.
U R THE ONE - out of position at the start. Driver T Chmiel was issued a warning.
ROLLYARRRZ - trainer J Harrington was issued a warning for presenting ROLLYARRRZ with removable deafeners which had not been notified. Out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Newman. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
OWHATANIGHT - hung outwards through the middle stages. Driver P Davis reported his horse had sustained a punctured sulky tyre leaving the final bend when his runner had hung outwards.
Race 6   MACCA LODGE FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
DANCING KATE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Raced greenly through the middle stages.
STOKED TO HAVER - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Dunn. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
ROZHA - hung inwards final bend contacting several track markers. Driver R May advised the mare had been striking its wheel discs throughout.
HILDA MAUD - broke shortly after the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. The connections advised it was their intention to apply hopple shorteners for upcoming races.
WHITE DIAMOND GOLD - broke shortly after the start losing its chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
APATCHOFGOLD - shifted up the track under pressure in the early and middle stages of the run home.
DANCING DESIRE - lay outwards in the score up. Raced roughly in the early stages.
Race 7   CHELSEA PROPERTIES HANDICAP TROT
MOMENT OF KAOS - began awkwardly and was slow in the early stages. Weakened final bend.
TEST THE BOUNDARIES - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the final straight.
SUNDONS FLYER - over-raced middle stages.
GREENBANK BETTY - broke approaching the 600 metres settling at the back of the field. Trotted roughly around the final bend. Again broke near the 150 metres.
RED HARBOUR - raced wide early stages. When spoken to regarding the improved performance driver C Thornley advised that the horse has been racing against a higher calibre of opposition in recent starts which had made the horse's formline appear worse than it actually was. Mr Thornley added that the horse had appreciated a return to a more competitive grade today and had performed accordingly.
Race 8   ALLENTON PHARMACY FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
BIG MAMA MORRIS - raced roughly and shifted outwards in the score up losing ground. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier record.
VESNINA - paced roughly over the concluding stages. When questioned regarding the improved performance stable representative J Dunn reported the horse had received a much more economical run than in previous starts and had also benefited from being freshened.
DAISY DUKE - Stewards reviewed films in relation to a perceived breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1500 metres when DAISY DUKE shifted out with VESNINA racing wider on the track. It was established that DAISY DUKE had shifted out prior to VESNINA reaching its sulky wheel and no further action was deemed necessary.
CONQUER ME - over-raced when being restrained in the early stages.
Race 9   PREMIUM PEAS YOUNG AT HEART MOBILE PACE
BETTER FLY - out of position at the start. Driver J Dunn reported the mare had tried to kick and had to be restrained through the score up. A warning was placed on the horse's barrier record.
BOSSMARO - paced roughly in the score up. Over-raced early and middle stages. When questioned regarding the improved performance trainer C Jones attributed its disappointing last start performance to being its third start in a short space of time and had subsequently received a slight freshen up which he felt his runner had derived benefit from.
SISTER'S DELIGHT - over-raced in the early stages when being restrained. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
SAGINAW - raced wide early stages.
SHARDS FURY - out of position at the candy pole despite the efforts of driver J Cox. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Raced wide from the 1100 metres.
Race 10   FLOWERS AT THE GATE TROT
There was a delay to the start of the race when BELLA BUTTON was placed in restricted room.
FAITH NO MORE - held up early stages of the run home.
CALL THIS FUN - broke after 100 metres losing ground. Driver J Ford was spoken to advisedly for using his whip free of the rein on one occasion in the home straight.
SHES SO RIGHT - broke after 100 metres losing considerable ground.
TRES MAGNIFIQUE - broke after 100 metres losing considerable ground.
BELLA BUTTON - driver S Lethaby will be spoken to advisedly for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the home straight.

PALISADE - removed from the unruly for future standing starts.
KD HAWK - trotted roughly throughout the run home and broke with 60 metres remaining.
MIGHTY FLYING ROCKER - paced at the start and was restrained by its driver losing its chance.

BROTHER JOHN - broke at the start. Over-raced early and middle stages.
STAMP DUTY(AUS) - broke at the start. Broke again near the 700 metres hampering trailing runners and losing its chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier and racing record. Trainer M House advised Stewards he intended to make adjustments to the horses hopples prior to resuming.
A ROCKNROLL STAR - broke at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Hampered near the 700 metres.
ALLANDALE - caretaker trainer R Holmes was warned for not having the correct colours available. Broke at the start. Hampered near the 700 metres.
WOODLEA EXPLORER - underwent and passed a pre-race veterinary examination.
CLASSIE WASHINGTON - broke shortly after the start.
KENNEDY - over-raced middle stages. Paced roughly in the early stages of the run home and had to be restrained.
