Race 6 - FEAR THE DRAGON SOUTHERN SPRINT SERIES MOBILE PACE
After reserving their decision in relation to a charge issued under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that driver S O'Reilly (JODY DIREEN) drove carelessly when shifting ground outwards on the final bend checking CAST A SHADOW, the Adjudicative Committee advised all parties that the charge had been found proved and after receiving submissions on penalty, Miss O'Reilly's driver's licence was suspended from racing on 3 September until the conclusion of racing on 5 September 2021 (2 days).

CAUTIOUS GALLEON - paced roughly and broke for a short distance near the 1600 metres, losing ground.
COOL IDEA - raced wide in the early stages until being restrained to the rear of the field. Raced wide without cover from the 900 metres.
MATAI CHARLOTTE - paced roughly in the score-up. Weakened from the 500 metres before breaking briefly entering the final bend.

NORTHVIEW PEG - raced wide in the early stages. Weakened rounding the final bend.
Race 3   REGENT CAR COURT GOLD CHIP FINAL (HANDICAP TROT)
The start of this race was delayed due to Driver C Ferguson (MAKE MY DAY) being dislodged from the sulky after making contact with SVELT around at the start area.
DOCTOR LAVROS - broke briefly at the start. Raced wide until being restrained to the rear of the field when over-racing near the 1800 metres. Cast a bell boot in the home straight.
BIRCH - broke at the start losing all chance.
CLASSIC ROCK N ROLL - broke passing the 900 metres losing all chance.
CODY BANNER - broke near the 400 metres when leading. Trotted roughly over the concluding stages and was unable to be driven out by Driver M Williamson. Authorisation of 3rd placing was delayed until Stewards were satisfied this gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation when breaking near the 400 metres.
CUDDLY TROUBLE - weakened rounding the final bend.
DENN NEE'S SISTER - pre-race warmed. Lay inwards rounding the bends. Weakened from the 600 metres.
PEARLSPUR - broke passing the 1850 metres losing all chance.
MAKE MY DAY - broke near the 700 metres losing all chance.
Race 4   NEVELE R STUD MOBILE PACE
FLEETING MAJOR - raced wide without cover from the 900 metres. Weakened over the concluding stages.
ALITTLEBITGOOD - broke in the score-up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
OVER THE ODDS - Driver C Ferguson admitted a breach of careless driving in that he shifted ground outwards near the 800 metres, checking BLACKJACK ROAD which broke in consequence and lost all chance. After viewing replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of Mr Ferguson's licence to drive from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 18 September 2021 (2 days).
BLACKJACK ROAD - raced wide in the early stages. Checked passing the 800 metres and broke in consequence, losing all chance.
Race 5   WOODLANDS STUD HANDICAP TROT
AMABEDE - weakened rounding the final bend.
MR OLYMPUS - trotted roughly rounding the final bend.
KING CASSIDY - trotted roughly at the start losing ground. Again trotted roughly through the middle stages.
COUNT EYRE - held up rounding the final bend.
JIMMY CARTER - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
HARRY H - broke near the 900 metres losing all chance.
GET LUCKY - briefly hampered by a breaking runner near the 900 metres.
Race 6   MCKNIGHT & BROWN FILLIES & MARES HANDICAP TROT
MY HOPE - broke at the start losing ground. Trotted roughly in the early stages. Lay inwards rounding the bends.
ANDIAMO - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Again broke rounding the final bend.
JASMINE JACCKA - broke passing the 1300 metres losing all chance.
Race 7   FEAR THE DRAGON AT MACCA LODGE MOBILE PACE
CANTFINDABETTORMAN - Driver M Williamson reported he did not activate the sliding blinds nor release the removable deafeners applied to the gelding due to having the field covered.
SHADY RULER - held up rounding the final bend.
MISS AUCKLAND - weakened over the concluding stages after racing in the parked position throughout.
WHERE'S DADDY - out of position at the start. Driver K Barclay was issued with a warning.
DACHY - held up rounding the final bend.
Race 8   CRAIG HEYRICK AT HARCOURTS NUGGET FINAL (MOBILE PACE)
SLY TRICKS - weakened over the concluding stages.
FRIENDLY EYRE - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 4.38pm after the gelding was found to have some lameness in the left fore leg. Stood down pending a Veterinary clearance.
BRIGADIERS SON - over-raced in the score-up. Shifted up the track throughout the run home when under pressure.
TOTAL ECLIPSE - Driver B Barclay was issued with a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
Race 9   E H BALL ITM SOUTHERN SPRINT SERIES FINAL (MOBILE PACE)
PETE'S DASH - made contact with the mobile arm in the score-up hampering a trailing runner.
WOLFENSTEIN - paced roughly and broke late in the score-up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
SIR BRIGADOON - broke late in the score-up. Will now be drawn Unruly for future mobile barrier engagements.
BETA THAN LOVE - briefly hampered in the score-up when PETE'S DASH contacted the mobile arm and was slightly out of position at the start in consequence. Broke passing the 500 metres when improving wider on the track, losing its chance.
AIRWAVES - momentarily hampered late in the score-up. Authorisation of dividends was withheld until Stewards had spoken with Driver N Williamson who advised that although his gelding had been momentarily hampered in the score-up his horse had not been denied a fair start due to the gelding hanging inwards causing him difficulty. Over-raced in the middle stages.
Race 10   ALABAR NZ LTD MOBILE PACE
MUCHO MACHO MAN - when asked to comment on the performance Driver B Williamson advised that although he had been held up rounding the final bend he was not overly disappointed with the effort given the gelding was racing up in grade today.
MIDNIGHT IN MEMPHIS - out of position at the start. Driver K Tomlinson was issued with a warning.
CELEBRATING - over-raced in the middle stages.
WHATA RAZZLE DAZZLE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the run home with Driver N Williamson reporting that due to this he did not activate the sliding blinds.
