Race 6 - CREATINE STANDING AT NEVELE R HANDICAP TROT
Trainer N Chilcott advised Stewards on 21 July that PHOEBE IMPERIAL has recovered well following its run at Auckland on 16 July where it had not backed up from its previous run and added that the gelding will resume its preparation at Alexandra Park on 5 August.
Race 8 - ASHCROFT HOMES HANDICAP PACE
Co-trainer B Purdon advised Stewards on 21 July that blood tests taken from HAVTIME revealed no abnormalities with the mare scheduled to resume at Alexandra Park on 5 August.
Race 9 - NRM HANDICAP TROT
DOLLY P - Trainer M Perriton advised Stewards on 21 July that the mare was found to be in season after her last start and has since been treated.

Race 1   NZMCA PARKING AT THE CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY TROT
STRENGTH OF HEART - slow to begin.
MAUDARCHY - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
MY ROYAL ROXY - hampered by a breaking runner at the start losing ground. Had some difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the home straight.
CONSTELLATION - held up briefly in the early stages of the run home.
BRO FAWKES S - weakened in the run home.
SAFRAKOVA - held up final bend by a weakening runner.
LEESA CASTLETON - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Raced keenly in the middle stages.
SIR HENRY CASTLETON - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
CHICAGO H - lay outwards near the 600m and shifted wider on the track when Driver D Balle was activating gear. Mr Balle was shown a replay and issued with a warning for using his whip free of the rein rounding the final bend. Again lay out in the home straight.
Race 2   LAST CHANCE TO PURCHASE JEWELS MERCH MOBILE PACE
STARRY STAR - shifted out under pressure in the home straight.
EMMI ROSE - raced keenly middle stages. Held up rounding the final bend and was shifted wider on the track to obtain clear running near the 150m.
CHALBERG - Trainer K Marshall was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for presenting the gelding without the notified removable deafeners. Raced keenly middle stages. Weakened in the run home.
SUIDELIKE MAJOR - paced roughly rounding the first bend and had to be steadied.
BLAKE - underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after a minor incident in the stabling area and was cleared to start. Paced roughly and broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Broke again passing the 1050m and the 500m losing all chance. Stood down pending one satisfactory trial.
Race 3   GREGORY EQUINE COVERS AND SADDLERY MOBILE PACE
BABA YAGA - raced keenly middle stages. Held up final bend and again over the concluding stages.
MOZZARELLA - raced keenly middle stages. Lay out and paced roughly in the early stages of the run when utilizing the passing lane.
SKY FULL OF STARS - lay inwards and paced roughly rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home. Had some difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the home straight.
WATCH AND LEARN - weakened over the concluding stages. When spoken to regarding the performance Driver T Mitchell reported that he was disappointed with the effort initially however the mare had coughed on several occasions after the race. A post-race veterinary and endoscopic examination revealed no abnormalities. Mr Mitchell advised that he would have blood tests taken from the mare in the coming days and would notify Stewards of the results.
Trainer T Mitchell advised Stewards on 28 July that blood tests taken from WATCH AND LEARN revealed no abnormality and will continue with her current preparation. Mr Mitchell added that in his opinion the mare is not suited to leading and he will attempt to drive her with cover in future races should circumstances permit.
Race 4   WOODLANDS STUD MOBILE PACE
MAJOR HOLIDAY - held up rounding the final bend.
HEZA PLAYER - lay in at various stages during the running.
SUPERSEDE - raced wide around the first bend.
JONO B - lay in on the bends. Raced wide without cover from the 900m.
VICTOR BRAVO - held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
RIVERMAN SAM - unable to maintain a trail behind MATAI LOUIS near the 1700m despite the efforts of Driver Z Butcher when SUPERSEDE improved forward which resulted in that runner being able to shift down and fill that position.
Race 5   DUNSTAN HORSE FEEDS HANDICAP TROT
DEMOLITION MAN - Authorisation of placings was withheld until Stewards had viewed a replay of the start with the Starter D Blakemore and had spoken to Driver K Marshall (DEMOLITION MAN) after this runner was still progressing onto the track from the infield after having proved fractious when the start was effected. Stewards were satisfied that although DEMOLITION MAN had been slightly disadvantaged that this had not materially prejudiced the horse's chances as confirmed by Mr Marshall. Mr Blakemore was spoken to advisedly regarding this incident. Mr Marshall was spoken to advisedly for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion early in the run home.
ARDEE TROUBLE - raced keenly middle stages. Held up final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
PRESIDENTIAL JEWEL - broke rounding the first bend losing ground.
AS FREE AS AIR - broke racing into the first bend losing considerable ground.
IVEGOTBILLS - broke rounding the first bend losing ground.
PEAKZ LUCK - raced in restricted room rounding the final bend and was awkwardly placed close to the sulky wheel of SHE REIGNS which was improving wider on the track.
SHE REIGNS - lay in final bend when improving wide on the track.
Race 6   CAMBRIDGE JOCKEY CLUB MOBILE PACE
IDEAL TOMADO - held up by a weakening runner rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
LYNTON CREEK - held up by a weakening runner rounding the final bend for some distance.
BET WEST - unable to maintain a trail behind DUN IT BAD passing the 1400m which enabled ARMED REACTOR to shift down and fill that position. Raced wide middle stages. Commenced to give ground passing the 500m.
IMELDA MAY - commenced to give ground passing the 400m.
EMMBER - raced wide early stages.
ARMED REACTOR - forced to race four wide from the 600m.
Race 7   GAVELHOUSE.COM ENTRIES DUE WEDNESDAY MOBILE PACE
JUNGLE GEM - paced roughly for several strides approaching the 1900m.
GREATEST SHOWMAN - paced roughly passing the winning post on the first occasion and had to be restrained. Held up final bend and until late in the run home.
SHEZA ROSE - raced wide without cover from the 1400m.
CLAUDIA SCHIFFER - raced wide early stages before improving to the parked position at the 1600m.
TICKING OVER - held up rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
ALLY MAE - held up rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
WE HAVE A MACH TWO - Driver J Stormont was spoken to advisedly for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion rounding the final bend and in the early stages of the run home.
COTTON SOCKS - held up final bend and until passing the 150m.

COMIC BOOK HERO - tangled away. Commenced to give ground passing the 400m.
MAHIA - paced roughly over the concluding stages.
FRANKIE JONES - weakened final bend. Locked sulky stays with WARLOCH for a short distance passing the 200m.
BROOKIES JAFFA - tangled away.
MAILMAN - tangled away.
WARLOCH - locked sulky stays with FRANKIE JONES for a short distance passing the 200m losing ground.
Race 9   HAVE YOUR PARTY WITH US, HIRE A VENUE @ CR HANDICAP TROT
MAJESTIC TRIO - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
EMPRESS OF THE SUN - fractious prior to the start and shifted down the track. Despite this Driver D Balle was reminded of his obligations to make a greater effort to ensure his runner starts wider on the track when drawn unruly. Broke racing into the first bend losing ground. Broke again near the 400m losing all chance. Stood down pending one satisfactory trial.
SLY PUNTER - reared at the start losing ground. Driver T Mitchell admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the home straight and was fined $200 by the Adjudicative Committee.
JASINOVA - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier record.
RANDOM JUDE - Trainer G Martin advised that the mare would be racing in season.
REIGN - broke racing into the first bend losing ground.
