MOONLIGHT ANGEL - Driver C Markham was spoken to advisedly for using his whip in more than a wrist flicking motion.
GINAS MAJESTY - broke in the early stages. Broke again near the 2200 metres losing considerable ground. Broke briefly again in the home straight.
KENNY KEKO - paced away before being returned to its correct gait.
MONARO MAKO - broke near the 300 metres and again near the 200 metres losing all chance.
TUSCAN SUN - broke near the 1900 metres losing some ground. Broke again near the 300 metres losing all chance.
SAMANTHA BEE - broke over the crossing near the 2200 metres losing some ground. Broke again near the 300 metres losing all chance.
VENUS TYRON - broke at the start losing some ground.
AIGUILLE - began slowly. Lay out early stages of the run home, trotted roughly near the 50 metres.
GOOSE HEALY - removed from the Unruly for future standing starts.

PENNETTA - over-raced middle stages. Driver J Curtin reported that he did not activate the hopple shorteners due to them being entangled.
NADIRA FRANCO - held up final bend and throughout the run home.
MAXIMILIAN - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Held up in the run home.
ARS GRATIA ARTIS - over-raced middle stages. Held up throughout the run home.
KIWI DREAM - broke shortly after the start losing some ground.
BROMAC HYPE - Driver R May was warned for using his whip free of the rein on one occasion.
FULL OF DESIRE - raced wide without cover from near the 1800 metres until reaching the parked position near the 1200 metres.
Race 3   HOTEL REEFTON LIQUOR CENTRE PACE
EL SIRRAR - Driver K Cameron will be spoken to in the coming days for forcing a runner to race wider near the 2400 metres.
ADHIKA - over-raced middle stages.
SWEET AMERICAN - over-raced middle stages. Driver R Close was warned to ensure he fully drives his horse out to the line in future. When assessing this, the Stewards took into account the margin and were satisfied that his position had not been affected.
CHARLIE'S ACE - held up early stages of the run home.
FERNLEIGH COLLEEN - was forced to race wider near by an inside runner near the 2400 metres. The two minute breast plate came adrift during the running.
SHARP LOU - broke briefly at the start, a warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
THE HYENA - lay in near the 1100 metres making contact with track markers.
LOVE A DANCE - fractious prior to the start.
BILLIE VISTA - broke briefly at the start, a warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
WEBS REACTOR - broke briefly at the start losing ground, a warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.

GOTTA TICKET - broke briefly in the early stages. Broke passing the 500 metres losing all chance.
GIN RUMMY - weakened final bend. Driver A Tomlinson reported that the gelding was unsuited to racing in the parked position.
Race 5   DOM O'SULLIVAN MEMORIAL MOBILE PACE
GOSAKHI - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver E Barron. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record. Lay in near the 1100 metres contacting several track markers.
KHAL DROGO - over-raced during the middle stages when in the parked position.
YOU CAN FLY ARDEN - broke when racing over the crossing near the 1100 metres losing considerable ground.
ALI X - hung inwards at the start and was out of position at the start. A warning was place on the barrier record of the mare. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 1000 metres. Held up early stages of the run home.
UNCHANGED MEMORY - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Cameron. A warning was placed onto the barrier record of the gelding.
MELANDO CHIEF - underwent and passed a pre-race vet examination prior to racing today.
OWHATANIGHT - hung inwards and struck track markers near the 1000 metres.
CONQUISTADOR - broke near the 1000 metres hampering a trailing runner and lost all chance. A warning was placed onto the racing manners of the gelding.
Race 6   DAN GILSENAN MEMORIAL MOBILE PACE
JENABELLA - when questioned in regards to the performance driver A Cameron stated that the mare races best with a covered run into the race. She was unable to receive such a run today and in consequence had too much ground to make up in the run home. Stewards noted her comments.
SONGBIRD - raced wide first bend.
HIGH FLYING HARRY - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1700 metres.
MORNINGSTAR GOLD - Driver R Holmes reported that the gelding had been hitting its sulky discs throughout.
DONEGAL CARRICKFIN - Driver J Dunn advised that the horse was not suited to the turning nature of the track today.
HES FAST AND FURIOUS - held up early stages of the run home.
Race 7   REEFTON SUPERVALUE & GILSENAN FAMILY PACE
KUSANOVA - began awkwardly. Hampered near the 1900 metres when there was an easing of the pace.
MAKASAR BOY - held up early stages of the run home.
JENNY GUMP - raced wide first bend. Eased the pace near the 1900 metres causing inconvenience to the trailing runners. Stewards questioned driver R May regarding the easing of the pace. After taking evidence Stewards adjourned the enquiry to question junior driver K Newman in the coming days.
IKSAKA - hampered near the 1900 metres when there was an easing of the pace. Driver E Barron reported that she was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord breaking.
CHANGEOVER JO - hampered near the 1900 metres when there was an easing of the pace.
MADAME FROST - hampered and broke briefly at the start by a outside runner. Hampered near the 1900 metres when there was an easing of the pace.
PINE CONE - shied inwards at the start hampering an inside runner. Raced wide early stages. Weakened from the 400 metres.
CAESAR'S QUEST - broke briefly at the start. Held up middle stages of the run home.
LE POLE DANCER - broke at the start losing ground.
TERRIER - broke at the start. Held up early stages of the run home.
TOMBELINA - raced wide first bend. Hampered near the 1900 metres when there was an easing of the pace.
MRS BEAU K - checked and broke near the 1900 metres when there was an easing of the pace. Broke when racing over the crossing near the 1100 metres.
Race 8   THE ELLEY CLAN TEAM TEAL MOBILE PACE
JIMMY ARMA - over-raced middle stages.
SWEDISH FRANCO - Driver G Thornley reported that she did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
WEE RING THE CHANGES - broke as the start was effected. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Driver A Cameron reported that the hopple shorteners were unable to be affixed prior to the start due to the fractious nature of the gelding.
HONOUR SCROLL - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start and broke shortly after the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Driver R Heads reported that the mare had been striking its knees. Placed on the Unruly for future mobile starts at the request of the trainer S Lock.
WICKENHEISER - paced roughly late in the score up and broke as the start was effected. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
UNFAZED - raced wide from near the 2000 metres until reaching the lead near the 1200 metres. Weakened passing the 400 metres. Driver S Tomlinson was disappointed with the gelding's effort today. A post race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance.
LINCOLN SKIPPER - broke in the score up and lost all chance and was retired from the event. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
CAB CALLOWAY - raced wide final bend.
TAKEMYBREATHAWAY - race wide early and middle stages until reaching the parked position.
Race 9   RECREATION HOTEL INANGAHUA-GREY VALLEY CUP (HCP PACE)
A false start was declared when the 10 metre barrier strand failed to release.
SPORT MENTAL - broke briefly at the start. Weakened from the 400 metres. Post race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities.
SCELTA UNO - broke at the start losing ground. Was forced to race wider on the first bend due to inside runner breaking.
JAZELLE - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was place on the barrier record of the mare.
CHAMPAGNEANDWINE - broke briefly at the start.
PERAKI SEELSTER - broke racing over the crossing forcing an outside runner to race wider on the first bend, and lost all chance.
LONGVIEW LADY - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Authorisation of third place was withheld until Stewards were satisfied that the horse had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulations.
QUARTERBACK - over-raced through the middle stages. Raced wide final bend.
Race 10   GREG TOPP BETTA ELECTRICAL MOBILE PACE
MALINKA - Driver T Walsh was warned for using his whip free of the rein in the middle stages of the run home.
HELLO ADELE - raced wide first bend.
PRESIDENT PAT - over-raced middle stages.
ARCHAIC LUSTRE - raced wide from near the 700 metres.
MISTER MIGHTY - attempted to jump and fell when racing over the crossing severely interfering with FUN IN THE DARK. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to trialing satisfactorily on one occasion. Driver P Davis was unharmed in this incident.
FUN IN THE DARK - was severely interfered with by a fallen runner, unbalancing driver R May and was retired from the race.
SONIC REIGN - Trainer K Musso was issued with a warning after presenting the gelding with no number.
Race 11   DAWSONS HOTEL HANDICAP TROT
ONE OVER DOVER - broke near the 1250 metres losing some ground. Broke again near the 500 metres losing all chance. Stood down to complete a satisfactory trial.
MAUI - broke at the start and was retired from the event. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
IDEAL INVASION - cleared from the Unruly for future standing starts.
MICHELLE - cleared from the Unruly for future standing starts. Broke passing the 900 metres hampering a trailing runner and losing all chance.
TEQUILA SUNSET - hampered near the 900 metres by a breaking runner. Weakened from near the 600 metres and trotted roughly near the 400 metres.
