SMOKINHOTCHEDDAR - broke at the start losing ground. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until the Stewards were satisfied that the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation. A warning was placed on the mare's mobile barrier manners. |

DELSON - broke near the 450 metres losing all chance. | |
XEBEC - broke near the 1550 metres losing ground. When questioned Driver A Herlihy advised that as he was improving forward wider on the track he took hold of the gelding's head and in response it over-raced, shifted inwards, brushing the wheel of the sulky of KINGS LANDING and then lost its gait. XEBEC wears a Murphy Blind on the off side therefore could not see the sulky in front of it and this has contributed to the incident. | |
