Acting on a report provided by Racing Investigators who completed a stable inspection at the training premises of N McGrath, Stewards ordered that CLOUD NINE and STEEL THE SHOW in Race 8 be scratched acting under Rule 213(1)(c). An investigation was opened into this matter.

The JCA delivered their penalty decision regarding an admitted breach of dangerous driving by J Cox (DIEGO). Mr Cox's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 8 March up to and including 18 April 2020.

Trainer C Harrison advised Stewards on 10 March that OLIVER NORTH was suffering from a viral infection which is being treated and it is his intention to return to the Trials prior to resuming.

Race 1   HARAS des TROTTEURS SIRES STAKES TROTTERS PRELUDE MOB TROT
CRACKER HILL - driver B Williamson reported the deafeners were not released due to having the field covered.
MIDNIGHT DASH - lay inwards on the final bend and broke after making contact with a track marker. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards confirmed the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horse Regulations.
ANDOVERLOV - out of position at the start.
ONE TWO MENNY - broke immediately prior to the start and galloped further than 150 metres. Gave ground from the 600 metres. Disqualified from 5th placing by the JCA. The connections were advised the gelding will now be drawn unruly for mobile racing.
MADAM SASS - broke in the score up losing its chance and was retired from the race.
Race 2   WELCOME TO CLARKSON SIGNS RACE NIGHT MOBILE PACE
FOREGONE CONCLUSION - held up early stages of the run home. Shifted outwards inside the final 50 metres to obtain clear running.
MIGHTY REACTOR - raced wide early stages.
MOSSMAN - became awkwardly placed close to the sulky wheel of DOLCE VITA near the 900 metres when there was a slight easing of the pace and broke in consequence hampering trailing runner.
SMOOTH DEBATE - lay inwards and brushed several track markers on the final bend.
TERRY - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier record. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 900 metres.
DOLCE VITA - paced roughly near the 800 metres.
PRESS PLAY - broke briefly in the early stages of the score up being in position at the start.
GOING FOR GOLD - broke at the start. Hung throughout the running. When spoken to regarding the performance, trainer G Payne advised he would add a boring pole and a heavier set of hopples before returning the horse to the trials.

STARS TONIGHT - paced unevenly through the early stages.
Race 4   NEVELE R FILLIES SERIES No 42 (HEAT 4) MOBILE PACE
A DELIGHTFUL ACT - over-raced early stages and raced roughly for some distance when being restrained to shift inwards to the two wide line near the 1600 metres.
RENEGADE ROSE - raced wide in the early stages. Driver M Williamson reported the filly had been striking the sulky wheels during the running.
STYLISH MEMPHIS - driver T Williams reported the deafeners were not released due to having the field covered.
LULU LE MANS - held up throughout the run home.
Race 5   CLARKSON SIGNS - COMPLETE SIGNAGE SOLUTIONS HANDICAP TROT
NAVARA - broke after 100 metres losing all chance.
JUSTAMOLLYARCHER - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
OVERZEALOUS - broke shortly after the start.
VALLEY STAR - broke near the 350 metres.
NEVER MIND - cleared from the unruly for standing starts.
DOFF YOUR CAP - lay outwards under pressure in the final straight.
Race 6   CLARKSON SIGNS - TRADITIONAL HANDCRAFTED SIGNS MOBILE PACE
CLIVE - tired on the final bend.
FRANCO TEXAS - over-raced middle stages. Held up by tiring runner rounding the final bend.
SAM'S TOWN - held up near the 100 metres having to shift ground outwards to obtain clear racing room.
Race 7   CLARKSON SIGNS - DIGITALLY PRINTED SIGNAGE MOBILE TROT
FRANCO JORIK - trotted roughly over the concluding stages.
MAUI - broke at the candy pole and lost considerable ground. Trotted roughly near the 800 metres and again on several occasions.
ABUNDANCE - trotted roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start.
ROYAL DEL - broke at the start losing all chance.
ALLURING TYRON - broke after 170 metres. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards confirmed the filly had complied with the Breaking Horse Regulations in the early stages.
FLYIN SID - broke in the score up losing its chance.
Race 8   CLARKSON'S VEHICLE SIGNAGE JOHNNY GLOBE CLASSIC (MOB PACE)
GLENLEDI CHIEF - over-raced middle stages. Held up for a short distance on the final bend when unsuccessful in an attempt to shift BURNHAM BOY wider on the track.
TOM MARTIN - over-raced middle stages.
CARLOS BROMAC - paced roughly shortly after the start.
Race 9   CLARKSON SIGNS - LOGO & BRANDING DESIGN MOBILE PACE
WELL SAID LOVE - weakened on the final bend. Driver P Court was fined $200 for using his whip on more occasions than permitted by the Regulations. When spoken to regarding the performance, trainer/driver P Court advised the horse had hung on occasions and been disappointing. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor recovery. Stewards will follow up with trainer P Court in the coming days.
LATERINTHEDAY - held up by a tiring runner on the final bend.
KISS THE GIRLS - driver D White will be spoken to in the coming days regarding the manner in which he used his whip.
INVISIBLE GIRL - raced greenly near the 900 metres. Driver J Curtin reported the mare to have choked down during the running.
MAJORCA - raced wide early stages. Briefly held up in the early stages of the home straight.
TIEBREAKER - raced wide early stages.
LOVE THE BLUES - hung inwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. Driver J Morrison reported the gelding to have struck its knees.
CHASE THE HAT TRICK - held up by a tiring runner on the final bend.
UNICO VELOCE - paced roughly just prior to the start. Broke racing into the first bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with the connections in the coming days.

J R BROMAC - lay inwards on the final bend and lost ground.
JAFFA JOSH - hung in the score up and was back from the unruly position at the start. Lost contact with the field between the 800 metres and the 600 metres.
Trainer P Court advised Stewards on 18 March that WELL SAID LOVE has recovered well following its disappointing performance at Addington last Friday and will most likely continue its preparation at Wingatui on Monday.
Trainer B Butt advised Stewards on 18 March that UNICO VELOCE has been sent for a short spell after its disappointing performance at Addington last Friday.
Race 10   CLARKSON SIGNS - SUPPLIER OF ADDINGTON'S SIGNAGE MOBILE TROT
RED HARBOUR - broke in the score up and was out of position at the start.
CHEVRON ACTION - over-raced middle stages.
ALADDIN SANE - trotted roughly over the concluding stages and broke just prior to the finishing line and was lapped on by JUSTAN'S SISTER. Relegated to 5th placing by the JCA.
GIL FAVOR - broke late in the score up. Trotted roughly and then broke rounding the final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SHE'S ALLTHE CRAZE - had to be steadied near the 1150 metres due to an easing of the pace.
FULL OF HOPE - had to be steadied near the 1150 metres due to an easing of the pace. Driver R Close was cautioned for contacting track markers on the final bend.
JUSTAN'S SISTER - trotted roughly and was out of position at the start.
TEHORO DAZZLE - broke late in the score up losing ground. Had to be steadied near the 1150 metres due to an easing of the pace. Broke near the 250 metres.

WOODLEA EXPLORER - raced without front shoes. Raced roughly over the concluding stages.
