The connections of TEXAS TIGER advised Stewards on 14 February that the gelding has recovered well from its hard run at Alexandra Park last week and will continue with its current preparation.

Race 1   MAKE SUMMER SIZZLE WITH OAKS & DERBY TROT (STAND)
WISHING CRYSTAL - slow to begin and then broke early losing its chance.
MACARTHUR - broke under pressure near the 120 metres but soon settled. Authorisation of 5th placing was withheld until it was confirmed that the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
ISAAC H - raced three wide early and middle stages.
SPECIAL LASS - broke at the start losing its chance.
QUEEN OF STRATHFIELD - lay in when weakening entering the final turn.
MANCHESTER'S ECLIPSE - broke racing into the first bend losing all chance.
Race 2   N.I.H.R.O.A LOVES OWNERS NIGHT AT AP MOBILE PACE
DOUBLE UP - hampered shortly after the start. Driver B Mangos momentarily dropped his right foot from the sulky foot rest when activating gear entering the home straight. When spoken to regarding the performance Trainer B Mangos advised he was very disappointed with the run and requested that the gelding be scoped with the result showing no abnormality. Mr Mangos advised that he will get blood tests taken in the next few days and Stewards will follow up regarding the results in the coming days. He was also issued with a warning under Rule 865(2) for presenting the gelding with removable deafeners.
ANAM NUNU - broke and shifted in shortly after the start, hampering the inside runner. Weakened final stages. A warning was placed on the mare's mobile barrier record.
MAN OF ACTION - lay in at various stages throughout the home straight.
JOHNNY MAC - Trainer M House was issued a minor infringement notice and fined $50 under Rule 865(1) for late notification that the entire was not racing in blinds.
MIMI E COCO - Driver D Butcher advised that he had pulled a flat tyre over the latter stages of the race. Trainer S Telfer was issued a minor infringement notice and fined $100 under Rule 849(2) for presenting his horse with the incorrect saddlecloth.
Trainer B Mangos advised Stewards on 21 February that blood tests taken from DOUBLE UP revealed a high white cell count with this being treated with antibiotics. Mr Mangos added that pending a clear blood test result next week the gelding will continue with its current preparation.
Race 3   BUY A STANDARDBRED Y'LING AT KARAKA MON 17 FEB TROT (STAND)
ALTA REDEEMER - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
ASTERIA LAVRA - slow to begin.
CONSTELLATION - broke briefly in the early stages.
MOUNT ASPIRING - broke approaching the 500 metres losing its chance. Broke again passing the 100 metres when trailing the field.
MAJESTIC SUNRISE - raced three wide in the early stages. Held up rounding the final turn and in the early stages of the home straight.
UNCLE LOUIS - raced wide in the middle stages.
CHINSKI - raced wide from the 600 metres.
Race 4   BE FUTURE SMART - SUPPORT N.I.S.B.A MOBILE PACE
DREAMERS DELIGHT - paced roughly then broke shortly after the start, badly hampering trailing runners. A warning was placed on the mobile barrier record of the filly.
SPIRITED BELLE - badly hampered shortly after start. Paced roughly and then broke passing the 400 metres checking a trailing runner with a warning being placed on the filly's racing manners. Trainer M Collins was issued with a warning for presenting his filly with removable deafeners that were not notified.
DIXIE REIGN - over-raced middle stages. Held up rounding final turn. Trainer S Phelan was issued with a warning for presenting his runner without the notified blinds.
DELIGHTFUL CATHERINE - badly hampered shortly after start.
BUDAPEST BOY - slightly hampered shortly after the start.
BLAZING SPEED - out of position at the start. Driver A Matthews was warned to make a greater effort to maintain her position until the start in the future. Badly hampered by a breaking runner passing the 400 metres losing its chance.
DRAGON TATTOO - broke approaching the 1600 metres losing all chance. The filly was stood down pending a satisfactory trial.
DOC HOLLIDAY - badly hampered shortly after start and broke losing its chance.
Race 5   DUNSTAN SPEEDFEED SUMMER SERIES TROT (STAND)
STOW - lay in over the concluding stages briefly locking wheels with YOU REALLY GOT ME and as a result breaking briefly.
MAGNAFIQUE - broke briefly at the start.
MANCHESTER ON FIRE - broke at the start losing all chance.
YOU REALLY GOT ME - broke at the start. Held up final turn and in the early stages of the home straight. Locked wheels over concluding stages with STOW and as a result breaking briefly.
SAVITSKAYA - over-raced middle stages.
DAISY HILL - was pre race warmed. Broke passing the 2400 metres.
RESONATE - broke at the start losing some ground. Driver P Ferguson advised that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
TOPNOTCH TITAN - broke at the start losing all chance.
Race 6   DUNSTAN SPEEDFEED SUMMER SERIES PACE (HANDICAP)
PARKER - broke at the start and settled towards the rear.
GAMBIT - lay in passing the 150 metres having some difficulty clearing the sulky wheel of COPY THAT.
SOME DO - swung sideways at the start but soon settled.
DANCE TIME - broke approaching the 400 metres when being shifted wider on the track by GAMBIT. An investigation was held into this incident and after hearing the relative evidence of Drivers B Mangos (DANCE TIME), T Herlihy (GAMBIT) and viewing the replays it was established that Mr Herlihy had shifted up the track when entitled to do so with Mr Mangos resisting the shift however DANCE TIME had rolled into a gallop. Mr Mangos stated that he was of the opinion that his gelding should not have broken in this incident. After considering the matter neither driver was deemed to be at fault and no further action was taken other than to note the circumstances.
ON THE CARDS - briefly hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final turn.
Race 7   NI TRAINERS & DRIVERS ASSOCIATION HANDICAP TROT
RED CASTLETON - lay in entering the bend passing the 1500 metres.
PRETTY MAJESTIC - was pre-race warmed.
KENNY'S DREAM - shifted up the track when under pressure over the concluding stages.
WOODSTONE - broke inside the 2400 metres losing considerable ground before settling.
Race 8   CADUCEUS CLUB ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT MON 16 MAR MOB PACE
FERRITTS SISTER - over-raced middle stages and was taken forward to race outside the leader near the 1000 metres. Continued to over-race for some distance.
Race 9   SOUTHERN BRED SOUTHERN REARED MOBILE PACE
LUKE JOHN - unable to find clear racing room until late in the home straight.
VANQUISH STRIDE - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the dispatch. Raced greenly when three wide until obtaining the parked position passing the 850 metres. Trainer R Green was warned for presenting the colt with removable deafeners which were not notified.
FRANCO NANDOR - paced roughly near the 1400 metres.
PASSION AND POWER - raced four wide in the early stages before obtaining cover three wide then reaching the lead passing the 600 metres.
Race 10   "COULD THESE BOLT FOR BRILLIANCE? "NT 2YO MOBILE TROT
I SEE FIRE - slow early.
JASINOVA - weakened from the 600 metres.
