Race 1   SOUTH COAST BUILDING & JOINERY HANDICAP TROT
BE BEE LASS - broke at the start and continued in a break for a considerable distance losing all chance.
MYARA - paced after 200 metres losing all chance before being restrained and returned to it's correct gait.
MIDSUMMER QUEEN - trotted roughly after 150 metres. Lay outwards near the 900 metres.
WHANGAMATA - briefly hampered by breaking runner passing 2000 metres.
DEM BONES DEM BONES - broke passing the 1900 metres losing all chance.
JUSTAN'S SISTER - broke briefly at the start.
SVELT - broke passing the 1800 metres losing all chance.
APOLLO MISSION - broke at the 1000 metres when jumping a shadow losing all chance.
TOPNOTCH EAGLE - broke passing the 1900 metres and then again on various occasions throughout.
BARHAM BELLE - trotted roughly passing the 1100 metres.
CUDDLY TROUBLE - weakened on the final bend.

PHOEBE'S DELIGHT - broke briefly at the start. Over-raced middle stages.
MALDITO - Trainer T Mitchell was issued with a $100 Minor Infringement fine under Rule 849(2) in that he presented the gelding in the incorrect saddle cloth. Weakened on the final bend.
LOISSONYA - held up on the final bend.
PRESIDENT PAT - tangled away and was slow to begin. Hung outwards and over-raced at various stages throughout.
Race 3   MACCA LODGE FILLIES & MARES MOBILE PACE
JINGLE JINGLE - broke in the early stages of the score up however was able to be in position at the start. Hung and paced roughly at various stages, tired from the 600 metres. Driver T Williams reported he had difficulty steering the mare throughout the running. A warning was placed on the mare's racing record.
SUPREME LINCOLN - hung in rounding the final bend and at various stages throughout the home straight.
CHEVRON FLIES - raced wide early stages.
KENNINGTON GIRL - weakened on the final bend.
COTTON SOCKS - hung inwards at various stages throughout the running. Held up on the final bend. Hung inwards throughout the home straight.
MINNELLI SMILE - raced wide through the middle stages.
PAYMENT PLAN - hampered by JINGLE JINGLE passing the 800 metres.
WITH THE STARS - weakened on the final bend.
MARSUE - hampered by JINGLE JINGLE passing the 800 metres.
Starter W Ferguson was spoken to advisedly regarding the speed of the mobile during the score up.
Race 4   RICOH MOBILE PACE
GLEN ELGIN STARA - held up passing the 400 metres. Lay in when exiting the final bend contacting several track pylons. Driver M Anderson reported that the filly had paced roughly and over-raced at various stages throughout.
MACH O'MELLEY - Driver R McIlwrick was shown the films and spoken to advisedly regarding the manner in which he drove in the initial stages of the home straight.
CHARLTON REACTOR - raced wide early stages.
IRON WOMAN - raced wide early stages. Briefly placed in restricted room passing the 120 metres.
SILENT SHADOW - hung inwards racing into the final bend before weakening. When spoken to regarding the performance of the gelding Driver J Young could offer no tangible explanation. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with Trainer B Negus in the coming days.
RED ONYX - returned to the check-in area following the race with blood present in it's mouth. Driver N Williamson reported that the gelding had made abnormal breathing noises throughout the race. A post race Veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have breathing abnormalities and the connections have been advised that a Veterinary clearance will be required prior to racing again.
JIVE - held up exiting the final bend.
OLD LUKE - held up on the final bend and in the early stages of the home straight. Driver C Ferguson was spoken to regarding the manner he shifted ground passing the 120 metres.
Trainer B Negus advised Stewards that SILENT SHADOW was found to be suffering from a greasy heel after racing at Forbury Park last week and has been sent for a short spell.
Race 5   NORWOODS FARM MACHINERY CENTRE HANDICAP TROT
AMABEDE - held up rounding the final bend and trotted roughly for a few strides when exiting the final bend.
ROBBIE ROYALE - had pre race warm up. Trotted roughly at the start. Raced wide in the early stages. Broke near the 1800 metres. Held up for racing room in the latter stages of the home straight.
Race 6   NZ HORSE TRANSPORT MOBILE PACE
CRUISIN REUBEN - held up exiting the final bend.
OPAWA MACH - lay in near the 900 metres.
CARLO GAMBINO - Driver C Ferguson was shown the films and spoken to advisedly regarding the manner he drove when exiting the final bend.
FROSTY RECEPTION - raced wide entering the first bend.
IDEAL ASSET - held up on the final bend.
FIRST SON - over-raced early stages when being restrained without cover.
HANNAH EXTREME - paced roughly in the score up and was slightly out of position. Weakened from the 500 metres.
Race 7   Z500 ARCHITECTS CHRISTCHURCH PACE
WOLF WEST - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Hampered shortly after by another breaking runner.
BOUND TO IMPRESS - locked wheels with TACT DENZEL shortly after the start.
TACT DENZEL - broke at the start and shifted in briefly locking wheels with BOUND TO IMPRESS then continued inwards hampering TETRICK and WOLF WEST losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier record.
CHAAAT - Driver L McCormick was shown the films and spoken to regarding the manner in which he used his whip prior to the 400 metres.
SHE'S A REBEL - was awkwardly away at the start. Weakened from the final bend. Lay in exiting the final bend contacting several track markers.
TETRICK - briefly hampered shortly after the start by TACT DENZEL.
DONEGAL MARY FRANCIS - raced wide near the 1200 metres.
ZULU COURAGE - weakened from the 800 metres. Driver J Young could offer no explanation for the performance. A post race Veterinary examination revealed no obvious abnormalities. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing performance.
Race 8   OTAGO HARNESS AWARDS 14TH SEPTEMBER TROT
WINNING BONES - held up on the final bend.
PRESTISSIMO - weakened from the final bend.
ZONED SCARLETT - broke at the start.
SHE AINT NO ANGEL - slow through the early stages. Trotted roughly final bend. Broke passing the 200 metres.
RYDGEMONT SON - raced wide round the first bend. Driver B Williamson reported that he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 9   NEXT RACEMEETING 17TH OCTOBER MOBILE PACE
HURRICANE BANNER - held up on the final bend.
FOUR STARZZZ SHIRAZ - raced wide early until being restrained to the rear.
ARDEN ROANOKE - held up on the final bend then paced roughly throughout the home straight. When spoken to Driver M Anderson advised that he was unable to drive the gelding out fully. Stewards will follow up with the Trainers in the upcoming days.
IDEAL DRAW - paced roughly through the middle stages.
Trainer C Dalgety informed Stewards on 4 September that ARDEN ROANOKE has shown no ill-effects from its run at Forbury Park last week and is continuing with its current preparation.
