After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Weaver the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and imposed a fine of $200. Mr Weaver advised that following the race the mare was showing signs of a respiratory infection which will be treated. Trainer B Weaver advised Stewards on 5 May that DANCE MONKEY has been treated for a virus since last racing.
