Lay out rounding the final bend and was then placed in restricted room before breaking on a further occasion and contacting the sulky shaft of TINDER ROSE. A final warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Lost a racing plate during the running.

GATI - lay in and struck a track marker near the 1400m. Weakened final bend. When asked to comment on the performance driver B Orange could offer no explanation other than the filly may not have handled the grass track. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any obvious abnormality.
