Driver B Hope defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) alleging he drove carelessly when shifting ground near the 250m checking DOWNTOWN ORLANDO (R Jenkins) which broke with the trailing ROYAL YANKEE also being crowded and striking a track marker.
