Mr Borcoskie advised that he believed the mare would not regain its gait and so immediately attempted to take his horse clear of the field as required with the horse then regaining its gait. After hearing from Mr Borcoskie and viewing the films, Stewards were satisfied his actions were not unreasonable in the circumstances.
