After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr May the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Mr May's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 28 December 2024 (3 days).

After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hill's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 18 October until the conclusion of racing on 23 October 2024 (2 days).
