Mr Orange admitted the charge and after viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Orange's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 9 February up to and including 16 February 2025 (4 days).

Weakened from the 1000m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG before completing one trial to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to resuming.

When questioned regarding the improved performance connections advised the gelding had been suited to racing close to the pace after improving to the parked position through the middle stages. Junior driver H Sail (who declined assistance from a Senior driver) admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip in a continuous manner in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Sail's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 13 December up to and including 17 December 2024 (2 days).
