When questioned regarding the performance driver S Tomlinson advised she was disappointed with the effort and the mare had been making abnormal breathing noises during the running. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high respiratory rate and slow recovery with blood tests recommended. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
