Mr May defended a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations alleging he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr May the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Mr May's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 28 December 2024 (3 days).

Driver C Wigg admitted a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) and the Shifting Ground Regulations in that she drove carelessly near the 1350m when attempting to shift MY TEN GUITARS down the track when not having sufficient advantage to do so resulting in that runner being checked and breaking briefly as a consequence. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $400.

After viewing replays and hearing evidence from all parties the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and after considering submissions on penalty suspended Mr Hill's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 23 March up to and including 28 March 2025 (2 days).
