AUNTIE DEB - hung inwards rounding the final bend and struck track markers then shifted into the passing lane when junior driver M Holbrough activated the removable deafeners and continued to race in the passing lane throughout the run home, resulting in the trailing MY FRIEND LOUIE being held up. Miss Holbrough, assisted by senior driver R May, admitted a charge under Rule 869(4) and the Passing Lane Regulations in that she allowed her runner to shift into the passing lane denying a trailing runner full access. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Holbrough's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 9 March up to and including 15 March 2025, 3 days.
