Driver B Orange admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly in this incident and after viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300.

Mr Hope was issued a warning for attempting a marginal run near the 150m.
