SCOOTS - Driver A Pyers admitted a charge under Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Pyers' driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 11 March 2025 (2 days).

After viewing the replays it was established that driver G Martin (KISS MY PIXEL) had shifted outwards prior to ALL MUSCLED UP reaching his sulky wheel. Accordingly no further action was deemed necessary.
