After hearing from Mr Butcher and viewing the films Stewards were satisfied FORGIVENESS (B Butt) had commenced his shift outwards prior to WALKINONSUNSHINE reaching his sulky wheel and that Mr Butcher had elected to take his runner forward and had raced wide thereafter.
