Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule after LOTERIA briefly raced wider on the track near the 1200m when PLAY FAST AND LOOSE shifted ground outwards. After viewing the replays it was established that driver T Herlihy (PLAY FAST AND LOOSE) had shifted outwards prior to LOTERIA reaching its wheel and no further action was deemed necessary.

After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Trotter the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Mr Trotter's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 14 July 2024 (4 days).
