| CYCLONE REBEL - Driver T Herlihy reported that the gelding cast the near hind shoe during the running. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a sole puncture as a result of the gelding trotting on the shoe which required treatment. | |

| SECRET BEACH - when questioned regarding the performance Driver K Denifostova advised that after going back early from the wide draw she attempted to improve wide from the 600m but was unable to make ground due to the fast closing sectionals and was not overly disappointed. | |

After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Purdon's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 8 October 2026 (5 days). | |
