| GOTTA GO MIKI - slow early. Broke rounding the first bend when contesting for a position in the running line with SWEET MAGGIE MAE (K Denifostova), losing ground. After viewing the films and hearing from Driver L Hollis, Stewards established that Ms Denifostova was initially entitled to shift GOTTA GO MIKI down the track, however, SWEET MAGGIE MAE was soon after placed in restricted room to the inside of OLYMPIC KO (S Abernethy), which was hanging inwards, preventing SWEET MAGGIE MAE from relieving the pressure being applied to GOTTA GO MIKI. Given the circumstances, Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any horse or Driver and took the matter no further. | |
