Race 1   NZHAT CELEBRATING 10 YEARS 10 AMBULANCES MOBILE PACE
GOTTA GO MIKI - slow early. Broke rounding the first bend when contesting for a position in the running line with SWEET MAGGIE MAE (K Denifostova), losing ground. After viewing the films and hearing from Driver L Hollis, Stewards established that Ms Denifostova was initially entitled to shift GOTTA GO MIKI down the track, however, SWEET MAGGIE MAE was soon after placed in restricted room to the inside of OLYMPIC KO (S Abernethy), which was hanging inwards, preventing SWEET MAGGIE MAE from relieving the pressure being applied to GOTTA GO MIKI. Given the circumstances, Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any horse or Driver and took the matter no further.
OLYMPIC KO - raced wide early before being steadied towards the rear.
ARRIGO - raced wide early.
BLACK BEAUTY - broke approaching the first bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the filly's racing manners.
HES NOT THAT INTO U - held up briefly early in the run home before shifting ground outwards to secure clear running.

EAGLE HANOVER - raced wide early.
KISS MY PIXEL - held up late in the run home.
MEMORIES - broke prior to the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
Race 3   WORLD'S BEST HOOF OIL - HERE FOR THE HORSE MOBILE PACE
ALWAYS A SPRINTER - over-raced middle stages.
LAS VEGAS - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Broke again approaching the 200m. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier and racing manners.
SOUNDSHELL - over-raced middle stages.
TERE - held up late in the run home
Race 4   BLANCHARD RACING NZHAT NZ JUNIOR DRIVERS CHAMPS H2 MOB TROT
TINKERBELLE - broke near the 350m when being shifted wider on the track losing ground. Hung inwards prior to the finishing line contacting track markers. Junior Driver K Coppins (assisted by HRNZ's Development Co-Ordinator P Black) was issued a warning for using her whip when out of contention in the run home.
SANS AU REVOIR - weakened rounding the final bend.
EYRE I WILL - inconvenienced prior to the finishing line.
KAWARAU LIL - inconvenienced prior to the finishing line.
TWO FRANCS - pre-race warmed. Was inclined to lay out at various stages and in particular leaving the final bend and throughout the run home shifting wider despite the efforts of Driver C Dalgety.
EMILY BAY - lay inwards prior to the finishing line causing a slight inconvenience to KAWARAU LIL and EYRE I WILL.
MAD MARY - lay in and trotted roughly early in the score up and trailed the field throughout. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5   LINCOLN FARMS NZHAT - NZ JUNIOR DRIVERS CHAMPS H3 MOB PACE
REET PETITE - Junior Driver E Johnson (assisted by HRNZ's Development Co-Ordinator P Black) was issued a warning for using her whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
CLOUDING OVER - inconvenienced by a tiring runner final bend.
DEAR GOD lay inwards contacting track markers near the 250m with the trailing REET PETITE also contacting the track markers.
AUNTY ROSE - raced wide with cover from the 1100m. Weakened leaving the final bend. Junior Driver R Harrison (assisted by HRNZ's Development Co-Ordinator P Black) admitted a charge under Rule 869(2) Whip and Rein Regulations in that she used her whip out of contention in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $250.
MESSENGER BUOY - weakened approaching the final bend inconveniencing a trailing runner.
ANOTHER COLLECT - raced wide from the 1100m.
DEBRIEF - raced wide with cover from the 1100m.
COLONEL LINCOLN - broke early in the score up losing all chance and was retired from the event. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
MICK KONSTANTIN - raced wide early.
Race 6   TOTAL TRADE CASHIE CLASSIC HANDICAP TROT
BOLT FOR THE HILL - Driver S Burley was issued a warning for using her whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
CASTANA - a pre-race veterinary examination revealed lameness to the left hind leg and was declared a late scratching at 7.31pm. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
STONE COLD - tangled away.
TAYLAD TO USE - the girth strap on the two-minute breastplate became detached approaching the 1450m after the securing clip broke.
ONE MORE MOMENT - Driver M Purdon was issued a warning for starting wider than his allocated barrier position. Commenced to weaken then broke near the 350m losing all chance.
Race 7   EQUINE SPECIALISTS FARRIER SUPPLIES SUPPORTS NZHAT MOB PACE
LEO LINCOLN - over-raced middle stages. Paced roughly rounding the final bend.
BLAZING LOUIE - broke and stumbled near the 300m terminally checking trailing runners. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
THE SURFER - terminally checked near the 300m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed superficial grazes to the back of both hind legs, which were treated with anti-inflammatory medication.
LITTLE SPIKE - terminally checked near the 300m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
JEREMIAH - raced wide early.
Race 8   NI OWNERS ASSOCIATION HERE FOR THE HORSE MOB TROT
ROYAL PETITE - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners. Driver C Hackett reported that she was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord breaking. Miss Hackett was issued a warning for applying her whip with more than a wrist only flicking motion. Ms Hackett was further warned for applying her whip while holding her reins in one hand.
MECHANICA - broke in the score up and was back from position at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the filly's barrier manners. Weakened over the concluding stages.
STINA BLACKSTENIUS - back from position late in the score up. Hung inwards rounding the first bend losing ground. Lay inwards near the 1250m dislodging a track marker. Broke near the 950m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the filly's barrier and racing manners.
MAJESTIC WHIZDOM - paced then broke in the score up losing all chance and was retired from the event. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming.
