Race 1   SKYLINE LOUNGE OPEN RACE NIGHTS N.I. WINTER REWARDS MOB PACE
IM ALL IN - hampered momentarily near the 60m by an inside runner.
JAHI - Trainer S Doody was issued a warning for failing to affix mudguards.
CLOUDING OVER - raced wide early.
MISS BRABANT - hampered by a weakening runner rounding the final bend.
MIKI MIRAGE - when questioned regarding the performance Driver C Hackett could offer no explanation for the disappointing performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
FRANCO MIKI - lay out in the run home when using the passing lane and shifted out near the 60m momentarily hampering an outside runner.
AUNTY ROSE - broke near the 1800m losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners. Raced four wide from near the 600m.
BREENY'S CONQUEROR - broke shortly after the start losing ground before settling. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Raced wide from the 1700m when unable to obtain the position outside the leader. Weakened leaving the back straight the final time.
MIKI'S MOMENT - over-raced middle stages when outside the leader. Weakened leaving the final bend hampering a trailing runner.
Race 2   HIRE A VENUE AT CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY TROT
FLEUR DE LIS - broke rounding the first bend losing all chance and was retired from the event.
IRON ROSE - broke rounding the first bend losing ground before settling. Broke again near the 1700m losing further ground before settling at the rear. Broke on a further occasion shortly afterwards and was retired from the event. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners. Driver T Mitchell reported that the mare had pulled both front bell boots and the near fore shoe over the early stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
NORMAN THE CONQUEROR - commenced to weaken near the 600m. A warning was placed on the gelding's performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SWIFT - slow early. Broke near the 1400m losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the filly's racing manners.
MECHANICA - over-raced middle stages.
MONEY MAYWEATHER - Driver D Butcher encountered considerable difficulty in activating the removable deafeners early in the run home. Shifted out near the 100m having to be corrected. When questioned Driver D Butcher advised that the gelding had felt uneven in its gait after he activated the removable deafeners so he elected to exercise caution rather than risk his runner galloping. Stewards noted Mr Butcher's explanation.
Race 3   HOARDING SIGNS AVAILABLE AT CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY MOB PACE
SWEET MARYBETH - weakened rounding the final bend. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
CEE WHATABET - over-raced early and middle stages.
AROSE - raced wide early before being eased to the rear.
Race 4   TFS HORSE TRANSPORT NORTH ISLAND WINTER REWARDS HCP TROT
KENNY HILL - weakened late in the run home.
SHES ALL LEGS - broke rounding the first bend losing ground. Raced wide for a distance middle stages.
TINKERBELLE - slow early losing ground.
ELIZABETH HILL - broke near the 700m losing all chance. A post-race veterinary examination at the request of connections revealed lameness in the left front leg which was treated. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming
TACTICAL APPROACH - broke near the 1450m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
SANTAPAZIENZA - raced wide for a distance before crossing to the parked position near the 1200m.
JASINOVA - slow early losing considerable ground.
Race 5   YOUR END OF YEAR FUNCTION @ CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY MOBILE PACE
SAMMY LINCOLN - raced back in the field before attempting to improve wide on the final bend but failed to run on. When questioned Driver A Poutama could offer no explanation for the disappointing performance. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
MERLE MARY - held up final bend and early stages of the run home.
OLYMPIC KO - lay out early in the home straight and was reluctant to take the run available in the passing lane before being held up briefly approaching the 50m.
SRIRACHA - Driver M McKendry was issued a warning for half carting briefly down the back straight the final time.
Race 6   BETAVET ECHINACEA+ RMM MOBILE PACE
ADJOURNMENT - weakened in the run home.
COLONEL LINCOLN - raced wide early before being eased to the rear. Checked and broke near the 1050m losing all chance.
MUCHACHO - raced wide early before being eased towards the rear. Became awkwardly placed to the sulky of DEBRIEF near the 1050m having to be strongly restrained and paced roughly with the trailing runner being checked. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners. Raced wide from the 1000m.
Race 7   GAVELHOUSE.COM HANDICAP TROT
YA EEJIT YA - over-raced middle stages.
NIAMH - unable to hold the back of the leader KINK approaching the 1200m which enabled YA EEJIT YA to shift down and fill that position.
VERY MAJESTIC - broke at the start losing ground.
PANTANI - broke at the start losing ground.
FAITH IN MANCHESTER - broke entering the first bend losing all chance.
AMERICAN MUSCLE - broke approaching the first bend losing considerable ground. Weakened from the 900m.
Race 8   DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS NORTH ISLAND WINTER REWARDS MOB PACE
COMMANDER LINCOLN - hampered by a weakening runner near the 700m.
MESSENGER BUOY - hampered by a weakening runner near the 700m and then locked wheels briefly with ALWAYS FLYIN.
KING TIDE - raced wide early.
WALTZING WITH MIKI - raced wide early and middle stages before securing a position in the running line towards the rear near the 1500m.
MIDFREW LUCRE - steadied off the back of ALWAYS FLYIN when at the rear near the 1700m. Weakened in the run home.
DOMINUS - commenced to weaken near the 700m hampering trailing runners. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
ALWAYS FLYIN - hampered when locking wheels with an inside runner near the 600m. Weakened in the run home.
Race 9   DAILY DOUBLE MOBILE PACE
The start of this event was delayed 1 minute at the request of Raceday Control.
THE JOLLY ROGER - Driver M White's right foot slipped from the sulky footrest passing the 100m after he activated the removable deafeners.
BLAZING LOUIE - held up final bend and throughout the run home.
VILLAGE REBEL - held up final bend and throughout the run home.
Race 10   NZMCA PARKING AT CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY HANDICAP TROT
TRIFOLIUM - broke entering the first bend checking a trailing runner losing ground. Broke near the 1000m losing further ground before settling at the rear. Broke again near the 500m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
TIKI - checked by a breaking runner entering the first bend and broke losing all chance.
STASH THE CASH - slow to begin.
BRASS RAZOO - broke briefly at the start. Raced wide early.
TATANKA - broke rounding the first bend losing all chance.
LUCA - broke near the 150m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
FERDINAND - broke briefly at the start.
Race 11   2026 - 2027 RACING SEASON DATES OUT NOW MOBILE PACE
SEA THE CASH - raced wide early before being eased towards the rear. The offside mudguard became dislodged near the 150m after this runner's sulky wheel came into contact to an outside runner's sulky wheel.
BIG WHEELS - paced roughly early in the run home and was then held up approaching the 100m before breaking after contacting the sulky wheel of KING OF MEMVIS when both runners shifted ground marginally. Stewards took the matter no further other than to note the circumstances.
MARA - Driver D Ferguson was warned for using whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
