Race 1   NEW ZEALAND BLOODSTOCK MOBILE TROT
DAZZLED - crowded by an outside runner racing into the first bend and struck track markers which were dislodged. Broke near the 1500m hampering trailing runners losing all chance.
KRACKA KARMA - lay inwards racing into the first bend crowding an inside runner. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 1400m. Broke near the 750m losing all chance.
NATIVES CULLERDAMOON - lay in near the 900m striking a track marker.
HADLEYMAE - lay inwards near the 1450m striking a track marker. Weakened in the run home.
CONDOR(AUS) - trotted roughly and broke after 150m losing all chance.
BULLET - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1400m. When questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver J Versteeg advised that the gelding had been slow away from standing starts recently and had appreciated a return to a mobile race today as well as several recent gear changes.
Race 2   ERNIES HAY & FENCING CONTRACTORS IN SHANNON MOBILE PACE
HARRY BELAFONTE - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home. Driver S McNally advised he was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
HERE COMES MARTY - held up leaving the final bend.
THE BEACH HOUSE - held up by a weakening runner final bend.
GOORAMBAT ART - weakened final bend hampering a trailing runner.
BELMONT VALOR - paced roughly rounding the first bend. Held up early in the run home.
Race 3   THANKS RANGIORA EQUINE SERVICES MOBILE PACE
SKY NEWS - held up throughout the run home.
ULTIMATE DREAMER - Stewards adjourned an investigation into the manner in which driver A Butt used his whip in the run home due to Mr Butt not remaining on course for the required length of time following the race.
CAPTAIN KIWI - a spreader on the gelding broke in the run home. Paced roughly over the concluding stages. The spreader was inspected and found to be in previously good condition with trainer R Holmes deemed not to be at fault.
SUZY FRANCO - over-raced when wide on the track in the early stages. Held up for clear racing room inside the final 150m. Driver G Thornley advised she did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
ULTIMATUM - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Over-raced when wide on the track in the early stages. Weakened in the run home.
Race 4   LOBURN SAWMILL FOR ALL YOUR FIREWOOD & TIMBER NEEDS PACE
COBA CHARGED - held up until late in the run home. Driver S Tomlinson advised she did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
TUPPENCE - broke at the start losing ground. Held up in the middle stages of the run home.
SPIRIT OF SPITFIRE - paced roughly passing the 200m before laying outwards for the remainder of the run home. Driver S Ottley advised she did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
ARCHER - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a standing start prior to resuming.
AARDIE'S MINDFUL - broke at the start losing ground. Held up passing the 100m.
SANS REPOS - held up early in the run home. Driver R Alfeld defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting outwards near the 200m when not in a position to do so resulting in his runner locking wheels with A BETTER JACKALACK losing ground. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and Mr Alfeld, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended Mr Alfeld's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 26 July 2026 (2 days).
A BETTER JACKALACK - locked wheels with SANS REPOS which shifted outwards near the 200m losing ground.
Race 5   THANKS DOUG & MY LOYAL OWNERS & SUPPORTERS MOBILE PACE
MOONLITE CC - held up early in the run home.
TALLANDFAST - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home. Driver S Tomlinson advised she did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
SUGAR BABE - when questioned regarding the performance driver C Dalgety advised the mare had failed to respond to his urgings and he was disappointed with the effort.
MONKEE MAJOR - driver J Morrison was issued a warning for half carting for a distance through the middle stages.
REMISSION - weakened from the 1500m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG prior to completing one satisfactory trial before resuming.
Race 6   THANKS TO MY HARD WORKING STAFF & FARRIERS HCP TROT
D J'S GAMBLE - broke after 100m losing ground.
VAL THORENS - broke shortly after the start hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
THE RIVER BOY - held up final bend and early in the run home before breaking approaching the 150m losing all chance.
SOLEMN SON - lay inwards rounding the bends losing ground. Lay inwards and struck a track marker near the 250m.
SNOOOWGOOD - broke at the start losing all chance.
SWITCH ON - over-raced middle stages. Trotted roughly final bend.
RIDGE - driver B Orange advised he did not activate the sliding blinds due to having the field covered.
AMENDMENT - broke at the start losing all chance and was retired from the race. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
WAIHEMO HANNAH - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start.
Race 7   THANKS BROOKE FOR ANDREW STUART RACING SOCIAL MEDIA MOB PACE
AR GEE RULZ - over-raced early and middle stages.
FUSION REACTOR - when questioned regarding the performance driver W House advised that after attempting to improve three wide from the rear of the field near the 950m he was forced to race four wide with the gelding running on fairly in the run home and he was not disappointed with the effort.
LOGAN ROCK - over-raced middle stages. Held up early in the run home. Driver R Close was issued a warning for using his whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
