Co-trainer B Hackett advised Stewards on 30 June 2026 that blood tests taken from MANCHESTER'S MOMENT had revealed an elevated white cell count which has been treated.

SUPERFAST LADY - slow early. Weakened rounding the final turn.
CHESINOV - checked by a breaking runner near the 150m.
SKEE PRINCESS - pre-race warmed.
SCOOTS - over-raced middle stages.
PARADISE ALI - broke rounding the first turn losing considerable ground. Broke near the 250m losing all chance.
KAMILLA - broke near the 300m losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
KENNY HILL - Driver C Hackett advised that she did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
SOUTH SYDNEY - broke near the 150m checking a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the mare's racing manners.
SON OF PATRICK - broke at the start losing considerable ground and trailed the field throughout. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
Race 2   GALLAGHER INSURANCE MOBILE PACE
GLORIA STEINEM - lay out at various stages.
GO JIMMY CASSIDY - raced in restricted room entering the first turn. Held up when disappointed for a run near the 150m before then shifting ground outwards to obtain clear racing room.
NO MORE DREAMING - contacted by an outside runner and paced roughly entering the first turn. Stewards held an investigation into the incident. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from drivers T Cameron (LUCKY AS) and A Poutama (NO MORE DREAMING), who advised that his colt had shifted out marginally when being steadied contributing to the contact. Stewards took the matter no further other than to remind Mr Cameron of his obligations given similar circumstances in the future.
LUCKY AS - lay in entering the first turn contacting an inside runner. Raced wide early.
NEGIZZI - had to be steadied near the 150m when an inside runner shifted ground outwards.
Race 3   BORDER FENCING SERVICES HANDICAP TROT
MAJESTIC WHIZDOM - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
ROYAL PETITE - shifted out under pressure in the run home. Driver C Hackett was reminded of her obligations to ensure she maintains a straight course given similar circumstances in the future.
SHRED N BURN - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Broke near the 650m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
MONARCH MUSCLE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
CHICKIES BABE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
BROTHER JOHNSON - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start.
MUM'S ANGEL - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Broke near the 900m losing all chance. Stewards held an investigation into this incident and it was established that Driver B Hackett had commenced to shift the filly down on to the marker line before then having to correct back out into the running line due to CHASE IS ON THE CASE improving quickly to its inside and broke as a result. After considering the matter a final warning was placed on the filly's racing manners.

Race 4   WOODLANDS STUD - NI SILK ROAD WINTER SERIES HT 1 - MOB PACE
CLOUDING OVER - weakened in the run home.
MISS BRABANT - Driver J Dickie was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
TWIST AND TANGO - over-raced middle stages after surrendering the lead.
Race 5   DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS HANDICAP TROT
LUCA - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
VISCOUNT MACKENDON - obtained an inside run near the 600m.
LOOK TO DA STARS - pre-race warmed. Broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Broke near the 1450m losing further ground. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
BOLT FOR THE HILL - broke briefly at the start losing ground. Driver S Burley reported that the removable deafeners failed to activate despite her efforts.
JASINOVA - shifted out when leading racing through the front straight to receive the bell. Shifted out again racing down the back straight the final time presenting an inside run to the trailing VISCOUNT MACKENDON. Driver L Chin was shown the replays and warned for the manner in which he drove by allowing his mare to shift up the track on both occasions. Weakened rounding the final turn.
LOTERIA -broke at the start losing considerable ground.
YOUNEVERKNOW - trotted roughly passing the 100m having to be steadied and could not be driven out fully as a result.
IT AIN'T ME BABE - broke at the start losing all chance.
FAITH IN MANCHESTER - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Lay in contacting a track marker near the 1250m.
CONFESSIONAL - broke near the 250m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resumng.
Race 6   GEORGE RUSSELL - HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY MOBILE PACE
YANKEE FLYBYE - unsuccessfully challenged for the lead briefly entering the front straight to receive the bell.
WAR PARTY - raced wide early.
MUCHACHO - refused to follow the mobile in the initial stages of the score up and trailed the field throughout. Subsequently declared a non-runner by Stewards under Rule 213(1)(e) due to unsatisfactory barrier manners. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile prior to resuming.
SWEET MAGGIE MAE - weakened rounding the final turn and lay in contacting a track marker approaching the 250m.
Race 7   CONGRATULATIONS "J K" NZ AMATEUR DRIVER CHAMP 2026 MOB TROT
FABIANA - slow early.
HOME GROWN GIRL - weakened rounding the final turn.
ILLICIT LOVE - Driver C Hackett reported that she did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
REPENDANT - raced four wide from the 600m.
Race 8   NEW ZEALAND HORSE AMBULANCE TRUST HANDICAP PACE
A false start was declared at the first attempt when the 30m tape failed to clear AMERICAN ME. Stewards questioned Driver M White and after considering his explanation took the matter no further on this occasion.
UPSTAGE - broke briefly at the start losing ground.
TWISTA - pre-race warmed.
BETA PREPARE - broke for a stride when leading near the 1600m when appearing to jump. Paced roughly rounding the final turn.
ULTIMATE CULLECT - over-raced middle stages.
LITTLE SPIKE - broke briefly at the start losing ground.
