Race 9 - HYDROFLOW DISTRIBUTORS LTD MOBILE PACE
Stewards spoke with Driver J Dunn regarding communication he had with persons over the outside fence while driving BUSTER DOUGLAS during the preliminary of this race. After hearing Mr Dunn's explanation as to who he was communicating with and the subject of the conversation, Stewards accepted his explanation. However, Mr Dunn was issued with a warning and advised that communicating with persons over the outside fence during the preliminary in the manner observed fell well below the professional standard expected of a licensed horseman. Stewards further advised Mr Dunn that, regardless of the nature of the conversation, such conduct creates an adverse perception and is capable of undermining public confidence in the integrity of racing. Mr Dunn was reminded of his obligation to conduct himself in a manner that maintains the professionalism and reputation of the industry at all times.
Race 10 - GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
Junior driver M Holbrough (SHOWCASE) assisted by A Butt, admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that she used her whip in a continuous manner in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Holbrough's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 3 July up to and including 12 July 2026 (3 days).

Race 1   MATT HARRISON CONSTRUCTION MOBILE PACE
REGGIE GOLIGHTLY - raced keenly when leading through the early and middle stages. Weakened from the 400m. When questioned regarding the performance driver R Holmes confirmed Stewards observations that the gelding had over-raced in the score up and through the early and middle stages causing him difficulty to restrain. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
LILY'S A STAR - raced wide early.
LONGVIEW TUI - hung inwards in the score up and was out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver B Orange. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Held up over the concluding stages.
ZEUS - trainer B Thomas was issued a warning for failing to have the correct colours available.
Race 2   AMERICAN THEMED TRACKSIDE DINING 3 JULY BOOK NOW TROT
VELOCIS - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend.
B D VOLTIC - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend.
DAZZLED - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts at the request of connections.
SPEAKEASY - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend.
STROMBOLI - paced entering the first bend having to be checked by driver G Smith hampering trailing runners losing ground. Broke again passing the 1400m losing all chance.
FERNANDO - weakened final bend.
SWEET CAROLINE - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend and struck track markers. Weakened final bend.
MAKANI - broke at the start losing all chance.
GEORGIA TROUBLE - hampered by a breaking runner racing into the first bend. Weakened from the 600m.
Race 3   TOUCHDOWN CAR RENTALS PACE
COPACOBANA - held up final bend.
BLU DIAMOND - broke briefly at the start losing ground. Held up final bend and early in the run home.
DELIGHTINGOLD - broke at the start losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
DELILAH - lay inwards throughout the run home having to be steadied by driver L Whittaker.
ALWAYS B MINDFUL - driver J Morrison advised he accidentally dropped his whip in the run home.
ROCK N ROLL DUDE - broke entering the first bend losing ground.
LET IT RIP - over-raced middle stages.
LIBRICI - held up middle stages of the run home.
THE GANGSTER - lay inwards near the 1450m striking a track marker.
DREAMY ALBY - over-raced middle stages.

Following this race the track was upgraded to Fast.
Race 4   AVON CITY FORD SILK ROAD (NON-WIN HEAT) MOBILE PACE
THE SEAMSTRESS - driver M Williamson advised the hopple shorteners failed to activate despite his efforts.
ELLIE ROSE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
HARRY'S GIRL - held up final bend.
MOSSDALE MARIE - raced wide in the middle stages.
SUZY FRANCO - broke briefly late in the score up however was in position at the start.
Race 5   SEAHORSE SUPPLEMENTS (JUNIOR DRIVERS) TROT
VAL THORENS - weakened over the concluding stages. When questioned regarding the performance driver H Sail advised the gelding had trotted roughly at various stages throughout and had been hanging inwards on the bends. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
GO HOME DENISE - slow to begin. Broke passing the 1000m losing ground. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
SWITCH ON - trotted roughly at various stages throughout and in the run home.
LOVEYOU TO DA SKYE - broke near the 1100m losing all chance.
RIDGE - held up final bend and in the early and middle stages of the run home.
Race 6   FAHEY FENCE HIRE SILK ROAD FILLIES & MARES (HEAT 3) MOB PACE
BETTOR OFF - paced roughly in the early stages.
MIDNIGHT SOPHIA - weakened final bend.
JIMANDAL - weakened final bend.
OUR HARMONY - over-raced when being restrained to obtain cover passing the 1300m.
BALTIC STAR - awkwardly placed behind TUPPENCE after an easing of the pace near the 1300m losing ground. Weakened passing the 600m.
BLAZE CRAZE - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 7   LAMB & HAYWARD MOBILE PACE
FRANCO TIM - held up middle stages of the run home.
MAJOR LI - weakened final bend.
MATAI HARRY - lost contact with the body of the field approaching the 1000m.
LASA - broke in the score up losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room throughout the run home.
Race 8   BOOK NOW FOR MID-WINTER XMAS DINING 7 & 14 AUGUST TROT
CHOCOLATE ANGUS - held up final bend. Driver M Alfeld was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
NIGHT LIFE - broke after 100m losing ground. Broke again approaching the 1200m losing all chance.
A REASON TO FIGHT - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground.
BIZZA TO'O - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
ONNAHILL - raced wide early. Held up early in the run home.
CHESTER GOLD - broke briefly several times between the 1900m and the 1800m losing ground on each occasion.
Race 9   McMILLAN EQUINE FEEDS MOBILE PACE
KING ARTHUR - over-raced early stages.
MOTOR MOUTH - held up early in the run home.
LORD MUDRICK - broke passing the 150m after being placed in restricted room. Stewards spoke to drivers C Butt (LORD MUDRICK), B Orange (LORTON VALE) and S McNally (HARRY BELAFONTE) regarding this incident where it was established that LORD MUDRICK had been crowded between MIRACLE MEMPHIS which was racing to its outside and had lay inwards simultaneously to LORTON VALE becoming awkwardly positioned to the wheel of HARRY BELAFONTE. After hearing from drivers and viewing the replays, Stewards were unable to apportion sole blame onto any one horse or driver however notwithstanding this, Mr McNally was issued a warning to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course throughout the run home in future.
MIRACLE MEMPHIS - hung inwards placing LORD MUDRICK in restricted room near the 150m.
ART JORDAN - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
WAVEWATCHER - driver M Williamson was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
LORTON VALE - held up early in the run home. Awkwardly placed to the outside wheel of HARRY BELAFONTE approaching the 150m and had to be steadied.
HARRY BELAFONTE - shifted up the track in the run home resulting in outside runners being placed in restricted room passing the 150m. Cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts.
