PORT PEGASUS - hung inwards rounding the final bend.
ONE EL - lay inwards early in the run home.
RACHMANINOV - held up in the middle stages of the run home.
RANDEL HUSTON P - broke briefly at the start.
WILMA'S BOY - trotted roughly early in the run home and broke passing the 100m losing its chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
Race 2   MID-WINTER XMAS DINING, BOOK NOW 7 & 14 AUGUST MOBILE PACE
STUBING - hung outwards through the middle stages causing driver S Ottley difficulty. Weakened rounding the final bend hampering a trailing runner.
MONKEE MAJOR - hampered by a weakening runner rounding the final bend.
TAUMUTU LAD - hung inwards in the run home having to be straightened.
Race 3   HOLMES CONSTRUCTION WAITAHA MOBILE TROT
DANYA - broke at the start losing ground. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts.
DAZZLED - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver R Harrison. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
MISS MADDIE MAXIE - trotted roughly through the middle stages. Weakened from the 400m and hung inwards striking track markers rounding the final bend.
KINGS CHOICE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver B Williamson. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. When questioned regarding the performance Mr Williamson advised the gelding had raced lethargically throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer P Williamson advised he will have blood tests taken from the horse in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
HADLEYMAE - late scratching at 12.43pm on Veterinary advice.
Race 4   BETTOR'S DELIGHT 'THE KING' MOBILE PACE
DRAGON BALL - held up final bend.
SUZY FRANCO - lay inwards rounding the final bend striking track markers losing ground. Driver G Thornley advised she had steering difficulties on several occasions during the running.
BUSTER DOUGLAS - held up final bend.
LET IT RIP - over-raced when racing wide and being restrained in the early stages.
MIKIME - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
CRUNCHY GRANOLA - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Morrison. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Lay inwards passing the 1000m for a distance.
Race 5   URGE BURGER, FERRYMEAD HANDICAP TROT
JET STREAM - began awkwardly.
HOLLY HIGHLANDER - began awkwardly.
CHOCTA - held up final bend. Lay outwards over the concluding stages.
ROYAL DEL - broke briefly shortly after the start.

MOONLITE BLOOD - held up early in the run home.
MALAKAI - lay outwards late in the run home having to be straightened.
Race 7   HORORATA TROTTING CLUB SILK ROAD (HEAT 1) HCP TROT
AMISTOZO - held up for clear racing room throughout the run home.
ISOBEL - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Over-raced middle stages. Trotted roughly at various stages during the running. Broke near the 550m losing all chance.
SNOOOWGOOD - began awkwardly. Checked shortly after the start by a breaking runner.
ATLANTIC CITY - when questioned regarding the performance driver B Williamson advised the mare had to work too hard in the early stages and will take benefit from its first race after a spell.
WANNA PLAY A GAME - over-raced middle stages.
Race 8   LAST CHANCE TO BOOK FOR PLUMBERS NIGHT 26 JUNE PACE
SCRUNCH - broke at the start losing ground. Hung inwards over the concluding stages having to be straightened.
HENRY WINKLER - weakened final bend.
THE COALMAN - held up final bend and early in the run home.
JUSTA RIPPA - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
CARRERA HOMBRE - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
QUEEN OF SWORDS - awkwardly placed close to the back of THE COALMAN leaving the 400m resulting in the mare being held up for a distance. Held up again late in the run home. Driver A Fitzgerald was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
JOYRIDE(AUS) - broke briefly at the start losing ground. Raced wide final bend. Had to be steadied just prior to the finish line when racing in restricted room.
COMMANDER BEN - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Cleared from the unruly for future standing starts.
Race 9   GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
KOWHAI STAR - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
SEASIDE CROFT - raced wide early.
MOSTERT - held up throughout the run home. Driver C Dalgety advised he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
