Race 1   XCM GROUP (AMATEUR DRIVERS) MOBILE PACE
DIDJASHOUTTHEBAR - weakened from the 700m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the gelding.
PUTERE BOY - briefly hampered rounding the final bend.
FOLIEJON STAR - shifted outwards shortly after the start when driver C Negus was activating gear. Again shifted outwards rounding the final bend when activating gear briefly hampering KOWHAI NUGGET and PUTERE BOY. Mrs Negus was issued a warning for failing to show sufficient control when activating gear on the gelding. Continued to shift outwards throughout the run home hampering outside runners. Mrs Negus admitted a breach of Rule 869(4) and the Home Straight Regulations in that she failed to maintain a straight course in the run home which hampered outside runners. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300. Mrs Negus was also issued a warning for using her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion and in a continuous manner in the run home.
LOVEYOURMOTHER - hung inwards near the 1100m having to be corrected by driver A Edge. Held up for clear racing room inside the final 100m.
KOTARE KELSO - late scratching at 10:20am on veterinary advice. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance.
THE BETTOR MAJOR - raced wide with cover for a distance from the 1000m. Hampered by an inside runner which shifted outwards in the run home resulting in the gelding's hind leg making contact with the sulky wheel of KOWHAI NUGGET near the 100m.
KOWHAI NUGGET - raced wide for a distance from the 1300m. Briefly hampered rounding the final bend. Again hampered by an inside runner and had to shift wider in the run home.
Race 2   BOOK NOW FOR MID WINTER XMAS AT ADDINGTON TROT
MODE - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend.
KD GRINS - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend.
NIGHT LIFE - briefly crowded by an outside runner racing into the first bend having to be steadied and switched to a pace before breaking and losing ground.
PAT BENATAR - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Forced to race wide from the 700m. Weakened final bend.
MIKKO KOIVU - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend.
ARADNE - broke rounding the final bend hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. Driver S Tomlinson advised the mare had been hanging during the running causing her difficulty.
SUPERFAST GORSEY - hung inwards racing into the first bend briefly crowding an inside runner before breaking when being corrected losing ground. Trotted roughly at various stages throughout. Weakened final bend.
CHESTER GOLD - broke rounding the final bend hampering trailing runners losing all chance.
Race 3   NEW ZEALAND BLOODSTOCK MOBILE PACE
ULTIMATE DREAMER - lay inwards and struck a track marker near the 1450m. Over-raced middle stages.
HEAVENS ARE HEAVING - hung outwards in the score up and was out of position at the start. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts. Weakened final bend.
THE GANGSTER - paced roughly when racing wide in the early stages.
ULTIMATE GUINNESS - weakened final bend.

Race 4   PLUMBERS NIGHT 26 JUNE - BOOK NOW PACE
DRAGON BALL - hampered by an outside runner which shifted inwards in the early stages. Broke rounding the first bend hampering a trailing runner losing ground. Hung inwards crowding an inside runner and broke again near the 1100m when improving wide on the track and was restrained to the rear of the field. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
TITAN - weakened from the 700m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed mild lameness in the right front leg originating from the hoof. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
ALWAYS B MINDFUL - hampered by a breaking runner rounding the first bend.
JIMANDAL - crowded by an outside runner passing the 1100m.
WHATA IMPACT - broke at the start losing ground. Broke again racing into the first bend losing ground. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation during the running.
BEACH BARBIE - broke briefly at the start losing ground. Shifted inwards in the early stages crowding DRAGON BALL. Driver R Holmes was issued a warning. Held up passing the 150m.
REACHER - raced wide early.
THE CAPTAINS LADY - broke at the start losing considerable ground.
Race 5   FAHEY FENCE HIRE MOBILE PACE
ULTIMATE PERFECTION - over-raced in the early stages when being restrained to the rear of the field. Held up late in the run home.
SHADES OF ROBYN - raced wide early. Hung inwards at various stages throughout. Weakened final bend.
WAVEWATCHER - raced wide early. Held up inside the final 100m.
HARRY BELAFONTE - held up in the early and middle stages of the run home.

DELLA'S FELLA - over-raced middle stages. Broke rounding the final bend losing ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
SON E - broke shortly after the start hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
ROYAL DIEDRE - hampered by a weakening runner rounding the final bend.
LINDY'S ROCKET - hung inwards rounding the final bend when weakening hampering a trailing runner.
SWITCH ON - hampered by a breaking runner shortly after the start. Over-raced middle stages.
Race 7   CONTINENTAL EVENT HIRE MOBILE PACE
SILENT THEORY - weakened from the 600m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed signs of a respiratory infection. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming. Connections advised the mare will be sent for a spell.
REMISSION - raced wide throughout. Over-raced through the middle stages when attempting to be restrained to the rear of the field.
MONKEE MAJOR - held up early in the run home.
SUGAR BABE - raced wide early. Again raced wide from the 900m. When questioned regarding the performance driver C Dalgety advised the mare was unsuited to racing wide with the effort taking its toll.
OKIWI BAY - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver M Williamson. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 8   DOWNBYTHESEASIDE-MAKING A SPLASH MOBILE PACE
TRAIL BOSS - shifted inwards and struck the sulky wheel of MOUTON CADET after 200m and broke checking HUGO losing all chance. Driver J Morrison admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when allowing his runner to strike a wheel and after viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee imposed a fine of $300.
CHANGEFORTHEBETA - shifted inwards shortly after the start briefly crowding an inside runner. Driver S Ottley was advised to exercise greater care when shifting ground. Briefly crowded late in the run home.
STUBING - raced wide early. Held up late in the run home. Driver R May advised he was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord breaking.
THIRD PARTY - raced wide early. Again raced wide from the 700m. When questioned regarding the performance driver R Close advised the gelding had lay inwards rounding the final bend and lost ground after striking a knee.
AMAZING TOM - raced wide early. Weakened final bend.
MATAI HARRY - raced wide early. Weakened final bend.
HUGO - checked by a breaking runner after 200m. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
STYLE COUNCIL - briefly crowded by an outside runner shortly after the start.
JACK'S EYRE - held up in the early and middle stages of the run home.
Race 9   HYDROFLOW SILK ROAD FILLIES & MARES FINAL (MOBILE TROT)
RIDGE - trotted roughly in the run home.
FLYING DREAMS - when questioned regarding the performance connections advised the filly may be feeling the effects of recent racing and they will be spacing the horse's races more in future.
PAIGE - weakened leaving the final bend.
Race 10   CONCRETE BROTHERS PACE
ARCHER - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
SANS REPOS - held up for the majority of the run home. Driver R Alfeld was warned for the manner he drove passing the 100m when attempting to shift wider on the track when not in a position to do so resulting in his runner being briefly hampered.
CAULFIELD - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1150m. Weakened from the 700m.
GOORAMBAT ART - broke at the start losing ground.
ALWAYS B HAYLEY - driver S Ottley advised she was unable to activate the removable deafeners due to the cord becoming entangled.
CULLENS BEACH - paced roughly in the early stages. Stumbled and broke rounding the final bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities other than a small superficial wound on the right front leg.

The start was delayed due to the gear on ESTER LUCY requiring attention.
THE BEACH HOUSE - trainer M House was issued a warning for presenting the gelding to race without the notified anti choke device.
ESTER LUCY - raced wide early.
HES SANTAS EXCUSE - held up early in the run home.
ART JORDAN - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
MOTOR MOUTH - over-raced early and middle stages. Raced wide from the 700m.

CAPTAIN PUBLISHER - driver S Thornley was issued a warning for using his whip in a continous manner in the run home.
