After viewing replays and hearing evidence from Mr McIlwrick, Miss Burton, who declined the assistance of a senior driver, and Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the Protest and relegated CAUGHT THE EYE to 2nd placing with DRAGONESS promoted to 1st placing. Miss Burton was issued with a warning for failing to maintain a straight course in the run home. | |
