Driver D Anderson (ARMA FOREST) was shown the replays and advised to display greater awareness of breaking runners after allowing his horse to become awkwardly placed close to the sulky of DRAGON POWER, which had broken near the 300m, resulting in ARMA FOREST being hampered.

ON THE BEACH - hampered by a weakening runner leaving the final bend. Paced roughly passing the 150m having to be steadied.
BYLLEE J - hampered by a weakening runner leaving the final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver M Hurrell advised the mare had lost momentum when held up rounding the final bend and considering this he was not disappointed with the effort.
COSMIC AURUM - raced wide early. Weakened leaving the final bend hampering trailing runners.
AMERICANA ELITE - held up final bend.
HUNGRY BRONNIE - hampered by a weakening runner leaving the final bend.
BETTER KAST - broke briefly in the score up however was in position at the start. Weakened early in the run home.
ULTIMATE RUSH - raced wide early. Weakened early in the run home.
Race 2   SUBWAY WINTON 2YO MOBILE PACE
NANCY WAKE - broke late in the score up losing all chance and was retired from the race. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
DEVIL WOMAN - underwent a post-race Veterinary examination after being observed to have blood present in its mouth which revealed the filly had bitten its tongue.
MONA LISA - weakened leaving the final bend.
NORTHVIEW LOUIE - trainer M Saunders was issued with a warning for being late to notify that the gelding would be racing with blinds.
HAVTIMEHEAVEN - weakened final bend.
Race 3   NIGHT 'N DAY WINTON HANDICAP TROT
A false start was declared at the first attempt when MOONLIGHT ANGEL breached the 30m barrier strand which became entangled in the mare's front legs. Driver E Swain was issued with a $200 Minor Infringement Notice for delaying the start.
TICKTOCK MCGLAUGHLIN - weakened final bend hampering a trailing runner.
COURAGEOUS KATIE - trainer B Gray was issued with a warning for presenting the mare with a blind that had not been notified. Broke passing the 1500m and cast a bell boot losing all chance.
FILLYOURBOOTS - cast a trotting boot near the 1500m.
PHISHING - weakened final bend.
KRACKA KARMA - weakened final bend.
SHAKEDOWN - lay outwards throughout the run home and shifted up the track. Driver O Kite was advised to make a greater effort to maintain a straight course in the run home.
MOONLIGHT ANGEL - failed to address the barrier as the start was effected losing all chance. Declared a non-runner by Stewards acting under Rule 213(1)(e) due to unsatisfactory manners prior to the start. Connections were advised the mare was stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a standing start prior to resuming.
POPNROCK - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.

RAKAMICK - connections advised the gelding would be racing without front shoes.
ROBYNS HUSTLER - held up final bend.
SIMPLY AMAZING - raced wide with cover from the 900m. Hampered by an inside runner near the 150m. Weakened in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver M Hill advised he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with trainer N Williamson in the coming days.
THE BRICKLAYER - raced wide early stages. Hampered by an inside runner near the 150m.
TREASURE CHEST - connections advised the filly would be racing without front shoes. Raced wide early stages.
LOU'S DEAL - raced wide without cover throughout. Hampered by an inside runner near the 150m.
RIGHTAZZ - raced wide early stages. Again raced wide from the 1000m.
ARMA FOREST - raced wide early stages. Held up final bend.
RISE UP N DANCE - held up final bend. Driver M Williamson was issued with a warning for the manner he shifted ground near the 150m hampering outside runners.

HE AINT FAKIN - driver B Williamson advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
AH DINNAE KEN - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
PRACTICAL MAGIC - broke at the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Trotted roughly leaving the final bend.
HIDDEN TALENT - paced then broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Lost the near hind shoe near the 350m. Contacted a track marker leaving the final bend. Driver O Kite was issued with a warning. Authorisation of this runner's 4th placing was withheld until Stewards had viewed the footage and were satisfied HIDDEN TALENT had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation in the early stages.

SWAHILI - driver R Stevens was issued with a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion early in the run home.
BETTER CLASS - held up final bend.
LA FAMILIA - weakened leaving final bend.
CRUNCHIE DALE - raced wide early. Weakened from the 700m. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the filly. Junior driver O Thomas, assisted by A Kyle, was spoken to advisedly after using her whip on a runner when out of contention. When assessing this matter, Stewards took into account Miss Thomas' lack of race day experience.
TURN N BURN - Driver C Ferguson was issued with a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for speaking with another driver prior to the start. Out of position at the start. Driver C Ferguson was issued with a warning. Hung inwards throughout the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Mr Ferguson advised he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation.
RAKATURBO - raced wide early.
OLYMPIAN - lay inwards final bend and in the run home.
DREAM STREET - connections advised the horse has been gelded since last racing. Cleared from the Unruly for future mobile starts.
Race 7   MACCA LODGE HANDICAP TROT
CALL DUDLEY - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Weakened final bend.
ERROL D - fractious prior to the start and became awkwardly placed close to the barrier strand. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Trotted roughly in the early stages. Hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
BOB BARRELIT - weakened final bend hampering trailing runners. A post-race Veterinary examination at the request of connections revealed no abnormalities.
RYDGEMONT'S HEIR - driver M Shirley was issued with a warning for using his whip free of the rein on one occasion in the run home.

RAKAVENOM - checked by an inside runner in the early stages and broke in consequence losing all chance.
FETA GO FERNCO - raced wide without cover throughout. Weakened from the 400m.
SHOWCASE - weakened final bend. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery. Connections advised they would have blood tests conducted on the mare in the coming days. Stewards will follow up the results.
CAUGHT THE EYE - raced wide early. Shifted ground outwards early in the run home hampering a trailing runner. Prior to the authorisation of placings connections of the 2nd placed DRAGONESS (R McIlwrick) viewed replays of the run home and elected to lodge a protest against 1st placing being awarded to CAUGHT THE EYE (N Burton) alleging interference in the home straight. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from Mr McIlwrick, Miss Burton, who declined the assistance of a senior driver, and Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee upheld the Protest and relegated CAUGHT THE EYE to 2nd placing with DRAGONESS promoted to 1st placing. Miss Burton was issued with a warning for failing to maintain a straight course in the run home.
Race 9   APPARELMASTER MOBILE PACE
BEAUDIENE QUICK STEP - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
BETTER TIME - weakened leaving the final bend.
SKY PATROL - raced wide early. Weakened leaving the final bend.
RIPTIDE - raced wide early. Paced roughly and lost contact with the body of the field for a distance passing the 1000m. Broke near the 400m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming. A post-race Veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
ALWAYS BE BOOTIE - raced wide early.
