Race 1   MURRAY GRAY MEMORIAL 2YO COLTS & GELDINGS MOBILE PACE
PATRIOT - lay out racing into the first bend.
GUESS WHAT - lay in rounding the first bend. Weakened in the run home.
THE SWEETEST CATCH - broke passing the 400m losing considerable ground.
ROGER THAT - driver C Dalgety advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 2   BEST IN THE LONG RUN MOBILE PACE
MAJOR BURNS - held up throughout the run home. Placed in restricted room and contacted the sulky wheel of THE BRICKLAYER when that runner shifted ground outwards near the 200m.
RISE UP N DANCE - raced wide early stages. Raced wide again from the 900m. Driver N Williamson was issued with a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
TASHS BAD GIRL - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver N Kyle. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Weakened final bend.
THE BRICKLAYER - raced wide early stages. Shifted ground outwards near the 200m placing MAJOR BURNS in restricted room. Driver C Dalgety was issued with a warning for the manner in which he shifted ground.
PRINCESS LISA - held up final bend and early stages of the run home..
FOREVER ARDEN - over-raced middle stages.
HONEYCOMB - held up leaving the final bend.
DURRANT - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1500m.

THE GREEK FREAK - lay out on the bends. Trotted roughly at stages throughout, in particular rounding the final bend and early stages of the run home losing ground.
FATHER NED - broke after 100m losing all chance.
SPELLS OF LOVE - lay in final bend contacting a track marker.
PYRAMID ROSE - broke after 100m losing all chance.

RONDO TROUBLE - broke passing the 500m hampering a trailing runner losing ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
GEENA'S GIFT - broke rounding the first bend hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
MARKTHEWARRIOR - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Placed on the Unruly for future standing starts. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 500m.
CALL DUDLEY - broke racing into the first bend hampering a trailing runner losing ground.

SPIRIT OF TUPELO - held up final bend and early stages of the run home.

AALIYAH - hung outwards rounding the first bend.
VALIDATION - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
GOTTAGOODFEELING - hung outwards rounding the first bend.
MONA LISA - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
I'M THE BOSS - raced greenly on various occasions through the middle stages when leading.
Race 7   VETSOUTH EQUINE/SSBA STHN BELLE SPEED SERIES FINAL MOB PACE
TOSANA - made contact with the sulky wheel of EBONY ARDEN when attempting to take a trail near the 1300m. Driver M Hurrell was issued with a warning for the manner he drove at this stage of the race.
JUST LIKE JAGGER - driver K Green reported the mare had paced roughly at stages throughout.
ANITA MARY - weakened final bend.
BETTOR THAN LIZZY - late scratching on Veterinary advice at 9.44am.
HALEY JACCKA - held up final bend.
Race 8   ALABAR SOUTHERN SUPREMACY STAKES (HEAT 4) MOBILE PACE
AMMOLITE - lay in passing the 150m having to be straightened by driver B McLellan.
SURREAL MORAN - trainer D Keast was issued with a warning for late notification the gelding would race with removable deafeners. Held up final bend.
MARBLE ARCH - raced wide early.
GIORGIO DENARIO - raced wide early. Held up final bend.
MYSTERY CREEK - held up final bend and early in the run home. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards had questioned driver B Orange regarding his sulky wheel contacting a track marker near the 150m. Mr Orange stated that he had shifted down to the marker line in the run home when a clear run was available, however an outside runner had lay in forcing him inwards onto the track marker. After reviewing the films and hearing from Mr Orange Stewards were satisfied that MYSTERY CREEK had not gained an advantage when contacting the track marker and accordingly all placings were duly authorised.
SIDE HUSTLE - lay out first bend.
Race 9   MARSHALL'S 90 YEARS CELEBRATION MOBILE PACE
JESSE OWENS - held up final bend. Weakened in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance trainer J Morrison stated the gelding had lost the near front shoe in the early stages and this had affected the performance.
BOWLEM OVER - lay in leaving the final bend.
STILL ROCKIN - when questioned regarding the improved performance trainer/driver R Gutsell advised the gelding has been freshened since last racing and displayed better manners today, adding he was not surprised by the forward showing.
MAGNETIC BECKERS - lost the off front plate during the running.
TUNEINSPORTSFANS - weakened final bend.
TACT TEVA - raced wide from the 850m. Hung inwards rounding the final bend.
ALWAYS BE BOOTIE - raced wide early.
ALWAYS BE BATMAN - over-raced middle stages. Held up early stages of the run home.
DENY EVERYTHING - over-raced middle stages. Held up final bend and the early and middle stages of the run home. Driver B Orange reported he did not activate the removable deafeners or sliding blinds as a consequence.
STEP IT UP A NOTCH - unable to obtain clear racing room throughout the run home.
Race 10   ALL LAY CARPETS & DRAPES WINTON CUP HANDICAP PACE
HACKSAW RIDGE - broke at the start losing ground. Over-raced middle stages. Lay in and proved difficult for driver B Barclay when weakening final bend.
DREAMS ARE FREE - tangled away. Driver N Williamson reported he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
MACANDREW AVIATOR - over-raced middle stages.
RUBY ROE - tangled away. Over-raced when in the parked position through the middle stages.
DA VINCI - lay out for a distance passing the 1500m. Held up middle stages of the run home.
FRANCO SINATRA - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
THE BIG LEBOWSKI - broke at the start losing considerable ground. Weakened final bend.
