| Race 3 - MASONIC HOTEL MOBILE PACE |
| Junior Driver B Wilkins (VISCOUNT BANNER), assisted by S Phelan, defended a charge under Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that she used her whip in a continuous manner in the run home. After hearing the relative evidence the Adjudicative Committee upheld the charge and suspended Ms Wilkins driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on the 9 April up to and including 24 April (4 days). |
