Race 1   JOIN US FOR FLYING MILE NIGHT ON 2ND APR MOBILE PACE
THE MIKI TAKER - broke shortly after the start but soon settled.
BETTER BE SWEET - weakened final bend.
BLINX - weakened from the 600m.
CANNED HEAT - back from position late in the score up despite the efforts of Driver H Orange. Paced roughly near the 1800m.
LULANA - Driver A Poutama advised he didn't activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 2   GAVELHOUSE.COM HANDICAP TROT
A false start was declared at the first attempt after SO MYSTIFYING backed up into the 20m tape prior to the barriers being released. This mare was sent to the outside for the restart. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a standing start prior to resuming. Trainer S McCaffrey advised the mare will be turned out for a lengthy spell.
GRACE N ELEGANCE - hampered by a breaking runner near the 600m.
SKEE PRINCESS - checked and broke near the 600m losing ground.
KISS MY PIXEL - hampered near the 600m.
BOSS JO - checked and broke near the 600m losing all chance.
B D CASTLETON - stood on the mark when the barriers were released then broke losing considerable ground. Hampered near the 600m. Lay in and dislodged a track marker near the 400m.
SO MYSTIFYING - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Broke rounding the first bend losing all chance.
BUSY CANOODLING - approval was given for this mare to race without the notified pacifier due to the track conditions. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 600m.
LUCA - trotted roughly under pressure in the run home.
TINKERBELLE - checked and lost ground near the 600m.
SON OF PATRICK - lay out and broke near the 600m when leading causing a chain reaction back through the field with all trailing runners being either hampered or checked and lost all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.

SOUL ARTIST - raced greenly in the run home when utilising the passing lane.
LINCOLN LINDA - broke early in the score up but was in position at dispatch.
CAROLAN QUESTRO - back marginally at dispatch. Over-raced early and middle stages. Weakened in the run home.
MATARIKI - over-raced middle stages.
MARY MAGDALENE - over-raced early.
MIKI MIRAGE - had to be steadied entering the first bend.
Race 5   GARRARDS HORSE AND HOUND HANDICAP PACE
PROVISEUR - paced roughly shortly after the start having to be steadied. Over-raced middle stages.
HEAVEN HIGH - raced wide early.
ROUGH AND READY - Trainer A Donnelly was warned for presenting the gelding to race without the notified removable deafeners which were affixed prior to the start.
Race 6   NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS TICKETS ON SALE MOBILE PACE
OHOKA ACHILLES - over-raced middle stages. Had some difficulty obtaining clear running early in the home straight.
TUGAWAR - weakened leaving the final bend.
BELL FIRE - back marginally at dispatch. Held up briefly early in the run home.
Race 7   DRAX PROJECT AT NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS MOBILE PACE
THE NIGHT FOX - over-raced middle stages when leading. Shifted out under pressure in the run home, despite the efforts of Driver H Orange, hampering an outside runner.
NAZARE - hampered early in the run home by an inside runner.
KING TIDE - held up early final bend.
ENZO - broke near the 850m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
