Miss Thornley admitted an associated charge in that she allowed her runner to improve inside a track marker in the run home thereby gaining an advantage. After hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Miss Thornley's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 29 March up to and including 4 April 2026 (3 days). | |
