Continued to over-race and was awkwardly positioned to the inside of BAUTISTA (B Williamson) near the 1250m when runners were racing loosely, resulting in driver B Orange (THE HIGHLANDER) electing to shift outwards to relieve the pressure to inside runners for safety reasons. Connections were advised FLYING FOR ME was stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming. Following the race driver B Williamson viewed replays and after hearing from Stewards elected not to proceed with a protest against 1st placing being awarded to FLYING FOR ME. | |
