Race 1   CHECK OUT HARNESSLINK.COM MOBILE PACE
B J HUNNICUTT - weakened final bend and lay inwards striking a track marker.
SUNSOUTGUNSOUT - raced greenly passing the 200m and shifted outwards having to be corrected by driver B Orange.
HELIUS - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Cox advised the colt had been hanging during the running.
Race 2   ROAD METALS MOBILE TROT
WHICH WAY - trotted roughly near the 1750m having to be steadied.
LORDE FRANCO - broke briefly in the early stages before breaking again after 100m losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Raced wide with cover from the 800m. Trotted roughly final bend.
MYSARIA - struck track markers leaving the final bend. Driver A Lethaby was issued a warning.
SHEEP - held up final bend.
KAYLEEBELLE - broke in the score up losing considerable ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Broke again near the 1000m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
BULLET - raced wide from the 800m.
Race 3   THANKS FOR THE 40 PLUS YEARS OF SUPPORT GARRY THOMPSON PACE
AMERICAN TOS - weakened final bend.
ELEGANT DELIGHT - crowded by an outside runner in the early stages. Held up early and middle stages of the run home.
BRILLIANT CHASE - crowded by an outside runner in the early stages. Driver B Butt advised he did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
MIKI MAGNIFICENT - lay inwards in the early stages crowding inside runners. Hung inwards and broke rounding the first bend checking an inside runner. Over-raced middle stages. Hung inwards and struck several track markers rounding the final bend and broke again losing ground. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
MAJOR LI - checked rounding the first bend and forced to race inside several track markers losing ground.
LAST HONOURS - broke at the start losing ground.
DANCING N HEAVEN - slow to begin.
Race 4   WOODLANDS STUD TROT
LAUZELLE - broke after 100m losing considerable ground. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts. Weakened leaving the final bend.
TU TANGATA - slow in the early stages.
FATHER MIKE - trotted roughly in the early stages. Broke passing the 1050m losing ground. Weakened leaving the final bend.
PETITE TRIXTON - trotted roughly in the early stages. Hung outwards and trotted roughly in the run home.
B D HALL - pre-race warmed.
HOOF IT HAGRID -broke briefly after 100m losing ground. Over-raced middle stages. Trotted roughly over the concluding stages.
Race 5   MEG CUNNEEN 'HIVARI' MOBILE PACE
REMISSION - weakened final bend.
CANDY CANE - driver R Harrison advised she did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
Race 6   TYRE GENERAL HANDICAP TROT
PREMIUM PLAYER - held up early in the run home.
ZOLTAN BOSCIK - broke at the start hampering a trailing runner losing ground. Hampered by a breaking runner early in the run home. Had difficulty obtaining clear racing room over the concluding stages.
VERTIGO - driver L McCormick was warned for the manner he shifted ground near the 200m when placing an outside runner which was in a break in restricted room.
WILMA'S BOY - raced wide early. Broke early in the run home hampering a trailing runner before being crowded losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
HELLOVEAMOMENT - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Hung outwards and trotted roughly in the run home.
Race 7   MATT HARRISON CONSTRUCTION MOBILE PACE
SHOWCASE - weakened from the 500m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery.
THE LAZARUS EFFECT - driver B Butt was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
Race 8   FRED SHAW MEMORIAL NZ TROTTING CHAMPIONSHIP (MOBILE TROT)
FATHER TIME - weakened from the 700m hampering a trailing runner. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Williams advised he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
GEORGE ELIOT - hampered by a weakening runner near the 700m.
BOUNCE N BEYOND - raced wide from the 700m.
BET N WIN - pre-race warmed.
MOSES - had to be steadied near the 1200m when awkwardly placed close to the sulky of NELLIE DOYLE when over-racing.

BETTER BE QUICK - briefly placed in restricted room and struck a track marker near the 1500m. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
