Race 1   FAHEY GROUP THREE-YEAR-OLD MOBILE PACE
SARGENT HENRY - over-raced middle stages.
B B KING - briefly placed in restricted room by an outside runner after 100m. Hung outwards and over-raced through the middle stages. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Williams advised the race had not been run to suit after being left to race in the parked position throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SHOW STOPPER - driver C Dalgety was advised to exercise more care when shifting ground inwards after the start.
SHANKY'S SHOT - held up early in the run home.
CEE WHATA MICKEE - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Lay inwards throughout the run home.
Race 2   2026 NATIONAL YEARLING SALE 16th & 18th FEBRUARY HCP TROT
ARDEN SOLITAIRE - hampered by a weakening runner near the 600m. Shifted outwards hampering HOOF IT HAGRID near the 500m. Driver A Lethaby was advised to exercise more care. When assessing this Stewards took into account HOOF IT HAGRID was hanging inwards at the time.
A REASON TO FIGHT - broke at the start hampering trailing runners losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
TETRICK(AUS) - pre-race warmed.
CROWN THE MOMENT - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Lay inwards and struck a track marker rounding the final bend.
WHISPERING OVER - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Raced in restricted room and struck a track marker near the 350m.
TRIBBIANI - raced wide from the 750m and lay inwards near the 700m and contacted the wheel of SWIFT DREAM.
T K MEGASTAR - broke rounding the first bend losing all chance.
SWIFT DREAM - weakened from the 600m hampering a trailing runner.
FATHER MIKE - broke at the start hampering trailing runners losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
HOOF IT HAGRID - hampered by a breaking runner at the start. Hung inwards and was awkwardly placed close to the sulky of ARDEN SOLITAIRE which was shifting outwards near the 500m. Switched to a pace rounding the final bend losing all chance.
MAKAKU - hampered and broke shortly after the start losing all chance.

OCEAN OF TEARS - held up for clear racing room inside the final 100m.
CLONAKILTY - held up for clear racing room inside the final 100m.
STAR ON THE ROCKS - over-raced early stages. Paced roughly rounding the final bend and lay inwards striking a track marker.
Race 4   FAHEY FENCE HIRE HANDICAP PACE
MIKI BROWN - broke at the start losing ground. Hung inwards over the concluding stages.
PLAYING WITH STARS - broke shortly after the start losing ground. Weakened from the 500m. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised he had difficulty steering the mare. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
STYLE COUNCIL - fractious prior to the start. Reared as the start was effected losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
Race 5   BUY A WOODLANDS STAR 16th FEB MOBILE PACE
MATAI HARRY - hung inwards and struck a track marker near the 1500m.
CLASSIE LINC - over-raced early stages.
MILOU - paced roughly near the 50m.
SLOTS - pre-race warmed.
Race 6   STUDHOLME BLOODSTOCK 'JOIN OUR WINNING TRADITION' PACE
FRANCO SINATRA - lay outwards early in the run home.
AUDACITY - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
DOUBLE JEOPARDY - tangled away.
HADRON COLLIDER - broke at the start losing ground.
VESSEM - late scratching at 6.50pm on Veterinary advice. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
Race 7   LAMB & HAYWARD TROTTERS' CLASSIC (HANDICAP TROT).
A false start was declared due to BOUNCE N BEYOND becoming fractious and shifting outwards hampering an outside runner. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Driver J Dunn elected to remain in his allocated barrier position for the restart.
ROYDON MUSCLE - late scratching at 8.44am on Veterinary advice.
NELLIE DOYLE - broke near the 900m losing all chance.
BOUNCE N BEYOND - hampered and trotted roughly near the 850m.
EMPIRE CITY - over-raced when racing wide in the early stages. Broke near the 850m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
MR LOVE - connections advised the gelding has had its joints treated since last racing. Attempted to pace near the 100m and trotted roughly over the concluding stages with the horse being unable to be fully driven out. Authorisation of 5th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding was in the correct gait in the run home and at the finish of the race.
LOVE N THE PORT - trotted roughly and broke near the 950m losing all chance.
Race 8   FAHEY FENCE HIRE (54th) NZ BREEDERS STAKES (MOBILE PACE)
BEACH DAY - shifted outwards near the 100m checking MHAI SURFER GIRL. Driver M Hurrell admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Hurrell's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 15 February up to and including 22 February 2026 (3 days).
GENERAL JEN - had to be steadied near the 2100m when there was an easing of the pace.
DEBBIE LINCOLN - over-raced middle stages.
DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER - raced wide early. Had to be steadied near the 2100m when there was an easing of the pace. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend. Weakened early in the run home. Driver J Dunn accidentally dropped his whip near the 100m.
ESMERALDA - raced wide early. Had to be steadied near the 2100m when there was an easing of the pace.
MHAI SURFER GIRL - awkwardly placed to the back of BEACH DAY near the 400m having to be steadied. Held up leaving the final bend and early in the run home. Checked when BEACH DAY shifted outwards near the 100m.
ARAFURA - had to be steadied near the 2100m when there was an easing of the pace.
DYNASTY - checked and shortly after broke rounding the final bend hampering trailing runners losing all chance. Stewards questioned drivers J Cox (ULTIMATE CULLECT) and B Butt (DYNASTY) regarding this incident and after viewing the replays and hearing from both drivers it was established that both runners had shifted outwards simultaneously with ULTIMATE CULLECT then becoming awkwardly placed close to the sulky wheel of MHAI SURFER GIRL causing Mr Cox some difficulty. After considering the matter Stewards were satisfied that no one horse or driver was at fault and took the matter no further. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
RUBY ROE - had to be steadied near the 2100m when there was an easing of the pace. Hampered by a breaking runner rounding the final bend.
Race 9   MAJESTIC HORSE FLOATS HANDICAP TROT
WANNA PLAY A GAME - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
ONE OVER DA LINE - hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
DARK GHANA - weakened final bend hampering trailing runners.
B D HALL - pre-race warmed. Raced wide early.
BULLIT TRAIN - weakened from the 500m before breaking near the 200m losing all chance.
ROCK LOBSTER - tangled away.
PYRAMID ROSE - broke at the start losing ground. Hampered by a weakening runner final bend.
DREAMS PAT - broke near the 2200m losing ground. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the gelding had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation during the running.
BROTHER LOVE - broke at the start losing ground. Weakened final bend.
RACHMANINOV - broke briefly at the start losing ground.
HELLOVEAMOMENT - broke briefly at the start losing ground.
WILMA'S BOY - trotted roughly over the early stages losing ground. Broke near the 200m losing all chance.
Race 10   CHECK OUT RENWICK FARMS 2026 DRAFT MOBILE PACE
SHADOW CREEK - raced roughly over the early stages. Driver B Weaver admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Weaver's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 15 February up to and including 22 February 2026 (2 days).
MIDNIGHT SOPHIA - weakened final bend. Driver M Williamson reported the mare had over-raced during the running with the effort taking its toll.
