Mrs Tomlinson advised that she does not carry a whip on this runner and after urging the horse with the reins early in the run home it had trotted roughly and she had been reluctant to place the horse under any significant pressure due to the mare breaking on previous occasions in similar circumstances. Stewards noted her comments. | |
