| FATHER MIKE - raced wide middle stages. Shifted inwards when not clear of ONE OVER DA LINE near the 1250m resulting in ONE OVER DA LINE contacting the near side sulky wheel with the tyre puncturing and coming off the rim and the gelding being retired from the race near the 1100m. Junior driver G Thornley, assisted by J Dunn, admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that she drove carelessly in this incident. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of Miss Thornley's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 7 January up to and including 11 January 2026 (2 days). | |
