Race 1   APPARELMASTER MOBILE PACE
CARRERA KAHU - had some difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
GIMMESOMELOVIN - weakened early in the run home.
WHYAMIHERE - raced wide from the 600m. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Curtin advised the gelding may be better suited to racing on all weather tracks.
FLO MOTION - held up early in the run home.
Race 2   PROPERTY BROKERS HANDICAP TROT
SPEAKEASY - driver B Borcoskie was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
A QUIET GIRL - slow to begin. Broke passing the 650m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
MOONLIGHT ANGEL - slow to begin. The removable deafeners came adrift after being activated near the 1200m and subsequently hung down around the horse's hind legs. Trainer J Clementson was issued a $100 Minor Infringement Notice for failing to affix this gear so as not to come adrift.
STEELINTHEHEEL - stood on the mark before switching to a pace losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 3   M S MOORE CONTRACTING MOBILE PACE
SPORTY REPORTER - raced greenly rounding the final bend when weakening and struck several track markers.
LIBERTY GIRL - crowded near the 1100m when MIKE'S EYRE shifted ground inwards before being checked when that runner broke after racing over the crossing. Driver G Thornley was issued a warning for striking a track marker leaving the final bend.
RAKERO JOHN - checked near the 1100m by a breaking runner.
BUSTERS BABE - checked near the 1100m by a breaking runner and was forced to race wider on the track thereafter. Weakened leaving the final bend.
MISS WOODVILLE - raced wide early. Checked near the 1100m by a breaking runner. Had some difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home.
HONOUR BRIGHT NOTE - raced wide early. Over-raced middle stages. Checked and broke near the 1100m and was forced to race wider on the track thereafter. Weakened final bend. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts at the request of trainer K Gill.
IM ALL IN - over-raced middle stages.
SPECIAL EDITION - raced wide early. Again raced wide from the 600m.
WILLOW VALLEY - driver K Gill was issued a warning for using her whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
YOGI'S COLADA - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
MIKE'S EYRE - shifted inwards approaching the 1100m crowding LIBERTY GIRL. Driver B Hope was issued a warning to exercise greater care when shifting ground. Broke when racing over the crossing near the 1100m checking trailing runners losing ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until Stewards had spoken to drivers G Thornley (LIBERTY GIRL) placed 3rd and S Ottley (RAKERO JOHN) placed 4th, who both elected not to proceed with a protest.
MIDSUMMER DREAMING - weakened from the 500m.
Race 4   PAUL CUTBUSH MEMORIAL PACE
ROCKABILLY REIGN - late scratching at 12.50pm due to the track conditions.
FLOOZY SUZY - weakened from the 600m. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
PACIFIC THUNDER - fractious prior to the start. Crowded by an inside runner late in the run home.
HEZ A LOCH - required assistance from a Starting Attendant prior to the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
RESURGAMUS - raced wide from the 800m. Broke passing the 600m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
BELLA CIAO - hampered by a breaking runner near the 600m. Crowded by an inside runner late in the run home.
ULTIMATUM - broke at the start losing ground. Driver B Butt admitted a breach of Rule 869(2) and the Whip and Rein Regulations in that he used his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Butt's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today up to and including 7 January 2026 (3 days).
WHATSUPMAN - held up early in the run home. Hung outwards late in the run home crowding outside runners. Driver R Close reported the gelding had shied at the winning post.

KISS ME KATE - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
TOP OF THE HILL - broke rounding the first bend when racing over the crossing losing ground.
CAPPAHA - broke near the 450m losing all chance.
SOMETHING ELSE - trotted roughly in the early stages. Raced wide from the 1000m. Weakened from the 400m. When questioned regarding the performance trainer/driver P Nairn advised he was disappointed with the effort and that the mare may be better suited to all weather tracks. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SOLEMN SON - raced wide from the 1000m. Driver I Cameron was warned to start wider on the track when drawn unruly. Weakened leaving the final bend.
BONNIE BAGRIE - the required veterinary clearance was received. Broke at the start losing ground.
JACCKA BAYLIS - raced wide from the 1000m.

RAPID RESPONSE - broke at the start losing ground.
ROCKCENT - broke at the start losing ground.
GOODOLDAYZ - fractious prior to the start causing a delay. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
ULTIMATE COUNSEL - broke at the start and shifted outwards abruptly checking an outside runner losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
BLACKJACK - checked by inside runner at the start. Driver J Dunn was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.

APATCHOFGOLD - hung outwards in the early stages. Over-raced middle stages. Lay inwards passing the 1000m striking a track marker. Held up leaving the final bend.
HI HOPES - raced wide early. Over-raced middle stages.
EVANGALIST - raced wide early.
MATAI HARRY - lay inwards rounding the first bend striking a track marker. Held up until late in the run home.
Race 8   ROSCO CONTRACTORS REEFTON CUP (HCP PACE)
TERRORMYLOVE - broke at the start losing ground. Broke again passing the 700m losing considerable ground.
HOMEBUSH LAD - paced roughly early in the run home when held up for clear racing room.
FLYING BIRD - over-raced middle stages.
DECEPTIVE LEE - lay inwards and struck track markers near the 2200m. Placed in restricted room late in the run home when an outside runner hung inwards.
HACKSAW RIDGE - lay inwards and struck track markers near the 2200m. Hung inwards and paced roughly in the run home resulting in an inside runner being crowded over the concluding stages.
Race 9   ENDURA MINING/SNOWY RIVER GOLD MINING CUP (HCP TROT)
BULLIT TRAIN - broke at the start. Trotted roughly in the run home. Stewards lodged a protest against 3rd placing being awarded under Rule 870(4)(d) alleging the gelding failed to lose ground while in a break in the early stages. After viewing the replays and hearing evidence from Stewards and driver C Dalgety, the Adjudicative Committee dismissed the protest.
TU TANGATA - broke leaving the final bend losing ground.
MAVIS JONES - pre-race warmed. Held up early in the run home.
WILMA'S BOY - trotted roughly throughout the run home.
PREMIUM PLAYER - when questioned regarding the tactics he adopted in the middle stages, driver J Dunn advised the horse had been racing well when saved for one run in recent starts and elected not to improve wide to follow WILMA'S BOY as he felt he would be left to race wide without cover from the 700m. Stewards noted Mr Dunn's comments.
Race 10   DAWSONS HOTEL / LANTERN COURT MOTELS MOBILE PACE
FLYAWAY - paced roughly in the score up. Over-raced middle stages. Hampered by a weakening runner near the 500m. Became awkwardly placed to the inside of LORTON VALE near the 400m resulting in an inside runner being crowded and striking track markers.
TROUBLESHOOTER - broke near the 400m hampering a trailing runner losing ground. Driver S Ottley reported the mare had hung inwards causing her difficulty. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
BUDDY REIGN - weakened from the 500m hampering a trailing runner. Crowded rounding the final bend striking track markers.
LOGAN ROCK - hampered by a weakening runner near the 400m.
WUHAN - raced wide early. Weakened final bend.
JACK'S EYRE - paced roughly passing the 300m. Weakened early in the run home.
