WALTZING WITH MIKI - lay in contacting a track marker near the 1250m.
MICK KONSTANTIN - paced roughly approaching the 400m losing ground. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a small abrasion to the off fore.
ULTIMATE RACY GIRL - raced wide early.
Race 2   GOLDEN GAIT 3YO MOBILE TROT
HOME GROWN GIRL - broke near the 1100m hampering trailing runners and lost its chance. A warning was placed on the filly's racing manners.
MEMORIES - hampered near the 1100m.
HILLBILLY - pre-race warmed. Had to be steadied passing the 1150m when YOUNEVERKNOW shifted down into the running line. Hampered near the 1100m by a breaking runner and contacted the sulky wheel of YOUNEVERKNOW.
HIGHER POWER - broke entering the first turn losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
YOUNEVERKNOW - went to run off the track at the entrance to the birdcage in the score up and was back from position at the start. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners. Raced wide early. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 1100m then had its sulky wheel contacted by a trailing runner with the tyre puncturing.
ILLICIT LOVE - broke rounding the first turn losing considerable ground.

AUNTY ROSE - broke passing the 1400m checking a trailing runner and lost all chance. A warning was placed on the filly's racing manners.
DEBBIE LINCOLN - shifted out passing the 50m having to be corrected.
BRUNTWOOD BRIGADE - unable to hold the back of CAPTAIN SAMPSON near the 900m which enabled TYSON to shift down to fill the position. Weakened from the 500m.
SUGAR RAY LINCOLN - raced wide from the 1150m.
BIG HERB - checked by a breaking runner near the 1400m losing ground and trailed the field thereafter.
CAPTAIN SAMPSON - raced wide early.
Race 4   GOLDEN GAIT 2YO MOBILE TROT
MUM'S ANGEL - required assistance from an attendant prior to the start. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards from a mobile start prior to resuming. Lay out throughout the run home when attempting to improve in the passing lane.
THE FOUR ACES - commenced to over-race middle stages when being steadied to attempt to take a trail.
SAVE A PRAYER - broke near the 300m losing its chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
Race 5   GOLDEN GAIT AGED PACE R55 - R90 MOBILE PACE
DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER - held up throughout the run home with Driver T Mitchell not activating the removable deafeners or sliding blinds as a result.
BETA PREPARE - paced roughly near the 300m then shifted in marginally when held up contacting and dislodging a track marker near the 250m.
YOU LITTLE BEAUTY - back from position at dispatch. A warning was placed on the mare's barrier manners.
THE SURFER - broke early in the score up but was in position at the candy pole. Raced wide early. Placed in restricted room momentarily by an outside runner near the 1250m. Raced wide middle stages.
SOONER THE BETTOR - raced wide early. Junior Driver H Orange, assisted by M White, was issued a warning for the manner in which he shifted ground near the 1250m which momentarily placed an inside runner in restricted room.
JOLIMONT - raced wide early and middle stages before crossing to the parked position near the 800m.
Race 6   GOLDEN GAIT AGED TROT R55 - R85 MOBILE TROT
IT AIN'T ME BABE - raced wide early. Weakened from the 600m.
HALBERG - lay in when racing wide early and middle stages before being restrained to the rear.
BELLE NEIGE - raced wide early and middle stages.
AMERICAN MUSCLE - raced wide early and middle stages before being restrained to the rear.
ROMEO FOXTROT - lay in contacting track markers near the 1250m.
FAITH IN MANCHESTER - lay in at various stages.
LORD POPINJAY - held up racing down and leaving the back straight the final time when unable to secure clear running. Weakened in the run home.
Race 7   GOLDEN GAIT AGED PACE R35 - R42 MOBILE PACE
GOTTA GO MIKI - lay in and contacted track markers approaching the 1250m. Lay in again and lost ground approaching the 800m. Driver L Hollis was issued a warning for using his whip in a continuous manner and with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
DOMINUS - broke in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
MIKI MIRAGE - broke near the 400m checking a trailing runner and lost its chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion prior to resuming.
DAVE DULEY - checked by a breaking runner near the 400m losing ground. When questioned regarding the performance Driver J Dunn stated that after having gone back from the wide draw that the race had not been run to suit with the strong tempo before receiving the check on the final turn.
BENJAMIN BUTTON - approval was given for this gelding to race in J Abernethy's colours.
Race 8   GOLDEN GAIT AGED TROT R42 - R53 MOBILE TROT
FATHER BARRY - pre-race warmed.
SHESGOLD - when questioned regarding the performance Driver T Mitchell stated that although having to work early to find the lead and then being placed in restricted room by an outside runner near the 500m, he felt the mare had still received every opportunity and was disappointed with the effort.
JASINOVA - pulled hard in the score up before breaking at the start losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on two occasions from mobile starts prior to resuming.
EYRE I WILL - lay in near the 500m despite the efforts of Driver S Abernethy placing an inside runner in restricted room.
BOLT FOR THE HILL - broke near the 300m hampering a trailing runner losing its chance.
BRAVEHEARTHIGHLANDER - pre-race warmed. Hampered by a breaking runner near the 300m.
LOTERIA - pre-race warmed.
Race 9   GOLDEN GAIT 2YO MOBILE PACE
PRINCE LINCOLN - back from position at the start. Driver H Orange was issued a warning.
JOHNNY LINCOLN - back from position at the start. Driver M McKendry was issued a warning. Lay inwards throughout the run home and was unable to be fully driven out.
Race 10   GOLDEN GAIT AGED TROT R35 - R42 MOBILE TROT
WHATEVER IT TAKES - broke at the start losing all chance. Placed on the unruly for future mobile starts.
SANINARMBRO - over-raced middle stages.
SHES ALL LEGS - weakened final turn. Driver P Ferguson reported that a sulky tyre deflated in the run home. Stewards were satisfied that this was a result of the improving GRACE N ELEGANCE (T Cameron) contacting the sulky wheel of the weakening SHES ALL LEGS passing the 200m and took the matter no further given the circumstances.
PATRICK MAHOMES - shifted out just short of the winning post but was immediately corrected by Driver M Ranger.
SNOWY'S SUCCESS - back from position at the start. Driver W Rich was issued a warning. Broke near the 1300m losing ground before settling.
CRAZY - pre-race warmed.
VISCOUNT MACKENDON - raced wide early.
HAPPY HILL - held up early final turn.
MAJESTIC CRACKER - broke in the score up and was back from the unruly position at dispatch. Broke near the 1250m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion.
