| Junior driver M Holbrough (assisted by B Mowbray) defended a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) alleging she drove carelessly when allowing BILLY KIMBER to trail too closely behind HE AINT FAKIN during the running resulting in contact being made with driver E Johnson's helmet which was dislodged. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions from all parties, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and Miss Holbrough's driver's licence was suspended from the conclusion of racing on 10 December up to and including 18 December 2025 (3 days). |
