JUST CHARLIE - hung inwards rounding the final bend.

VIN'S DEAL - paced roughly then broke shortly after the start losing ground. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming. Raced wide from the 900m. Authorisation of this runner's 2nd placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the filly had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation shortly after the start.

FOVEAUX GAMBLER - broke near the 550m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance. Stood down to trial on one occasion to the satisfaction of Stewards prior to resuming.
NOT OVER - broke at the start hampering an outside runner losing ground.
BANNOCKBURN - hampered by a breaking runner at the start.
NORMIE STEAD - hampered by a breaking runner near the 550m.
STEALERS WHEEL - backed away then reared just prior to the tapes being released and got the sulky shaft over its hind quarters losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Declared a non-runner by Stewards acting under Rule 213(1)(e) due to unsatisfactory manners prior to the start.

BETTER TOGETHER - over-raced middle stages.
MISS ETHEL - broke near the 1500m hampering a trailing runner losing ground. Weakened final bend.
MATTIE NEVIN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 1500m.
Race 7   MATTY WILLIAMSON RACING STABLES MOBILE PACE
KOTARE KELSO - held up final bend.
FITZTHEBILL - hung inwards rounding the final bend.
CRACKER OPIE - raced wide early. Paced roughly having to be steadied near the 100m. Driver R Harrison reported that the gelding had been striking a wheel throughout the race.
CHRISTIES ART - paced roughly as the start was effected.
Race 8   ON A STREAK AT YABBY DAM FARMS HANDICAP TROT
SILVESTER - weakened from the 600m hampering a trailing runner.
CODY BANNER - trotted roughly throughout. Broke near the 400m however quickly settled before breaking again losing ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
LIL WHIP - broke leaving the final bend losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
OUR PINOCCHIO - raced wide early.
MOSES - held up by a weakening runner for a distance near the 500m.

CHAL VEE POWER - weakened final bend.
WATERHOLES ROAD - raced wide early. Weakened from the 1200m. When questioned regarding the performance driver K Tomlinson advised she was disappointed and could offer no explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. A warning was placed on the racing performance of the gelding.
KELTIC TIGER - driver B Williamson reported the gelding had hung inwards at stages throughout.
ZIA BROMAC - broke after 150m hampering a trailing runner losing ground. A warning was placed on the racing record of the mare.
IVONA DADIC - hampered by a breaking runner after 150m.
