Race 1   TAB - METRO PACERS HEAT 1 MOBILE PACE
I CAN TOO - had difficulty obtaining clear running over the final 150m.
PRINCESS OF SAVOY - raced wide early and middle stages.
FRANCO SALAH - raced wide early and middle stages before being restrained to the rear. Lost contact with the body of the field near the 1200m and was retired from the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG prior to completing one satisfactory trial before resuming.
ALWAYS B MISTY - raced greenly in the score up and was back from position at dispatch. A warning was placed on the filly's barrier manners.
AVENTADOR - weakened from the 500m. A post-race endoscopy detected a throat condition that may have affected the horse's racing performance. A veterinary clearance will be required prior to racing again.
Race 2   ATC STEWARDS TROT
WYNBERG JANIE - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
FABIANA - broke shortly after the start losing all chance.
IM A ROCKSTAR - slow to begin. Lay in and had to be steadied near the 1800m. Weakened in the run home.
Race 3   TAB - METRO PACERS HEAT 2 MOBILE PACE
The start was delayed approximately two minutes due to ARDEN'S MEMORY requiring attention from the farrier after casting a shoe in the preliminary.
CAPTAINS SECRET - lay in late in the run home.
ARDEN'S MEMORY - lay in late in the run home.
MICK KONSTANTIN - raced keenly middle stages.
Race 4   TAB - METRO TROTTERS HEAT 1 MOBILE TROT
CRAZY - pre-race warmed.
SANINARMBRO - connections advised that the mare has scanned positive and would be racing in foal. Hampered up by a weakening runner from near the 600m.
SNOWY'S SUCCESS - lost contact with the body of the field during the middle stages.
AND REMEMBER ME - broke near the 400m losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on two occasions prior to resuming.
MISS BEBE - lost contact with the body of the field during the middle stages.
EAGLE HANOVER - weakened from the 600m. Lay in and raced inside track markers rounding the final turn. Driver J Abernethy advised the mare trotted roughly rounding the turns. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality.
MEMORIES - lay in contacting track markers rounding the final turn. Placed in restricted room late in the run home by an outside runner and raced over the final track marker. When questioned Driver T Macfarlane confirmed that his chances had not been affected in this incident.
HILLBILLY - pulled hard in the score up. Raced fiercely early and middle stages before being sent forward to lead approaching the 1000m. Lay in late in the run home placing an inside runner in restricted room.
YUROK - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
Race 5   FIRSTIES - MEET ME AT THE TROTS MOBILE PACE
SEA OF LOVE - held up rounding the final turn.
SOCIAL DISTANCING - over-raced middle stages when outside the leader.
MEDINA MAGIC - broke near the 1450m losing all chance and was retired from the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to have a suspected fracture of the near fore pedal bone. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance.
LOUEZYANA - held up throughout the run home.
Race 6   CHRISTMAS SHOEBOX CHARITY DASH MOBILE PACE
BIG HERB - lay in and contacted track markers rounding the final turn.
NELSON'S BOY - slow early losing ground.
Race 7   BORDER FENCING SERVICES HANDICAP TROT
SANS AU REVOIR - locked wheels briefly with an outside runner near the 900m.
CON GRAZIA LOVE - a post-race veterinary examination at the Trainer's request revealed no findings of significance on endoscopy.
JASINOVA - required the assistance of a Starting Attendant prior to the start. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts. Weakened final turn.
BRAVEHEARTHIGHLANDER - lay in when being shifted wider by an inside runner near the 900m and locked wheels briefly before breaking losing considerable ground. When questioned Driver J Dunn confirmed that the gelding had lay in contributing to the incident.
Race 8   THE ALEX BAR & EATERY MOBILE PACE
LADY OF THE LIGHT - lay out early in the run home when under pressure. Placed in restricted room approaching the 50m when runners both sides shifted ground having to be steadied.
MHAI SURFER GIRL - held up final turn and early stages of the run home.
YOU LITTLE BEAUTY - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
INVISIBLE - raced wide early.
HOORAY HENRY - raced wide early and middle stages before then over-racing when outside the leader.
COLD CHISEL - when questioned Driver B Butcher stated that he was satisfied with the performance given the strong tempo throughout.
