Driver R Alfeld (SANS REPOS) admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly when shifting ground and striking the sulky wheel of LAMARLI near the 500m with the tyre being punctured. After viewing the replays and hearing penalty submissions, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Alfeld's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 21 November up to and including 27 November 2025 (2 days).

Driver M Holbrough (THE WILL) was issued a warning for the manner she drove near the 700m when shifting ground outwards placing an outside runner in restricted room.

Stewards lodged a protest against 4th placing being awarded under Rule 870(3) and the Breaking Horses Regulation alleging the gelding had broken in excess of 150m during the running. Connections did not contest the protest and KING CHARLES was disqualified by Stewards.

A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Mr Dunn elected to move to the unruly position for the restart where the filly will remain for future mobile starts.
ARINITTI - the murphy blind was removed prior to the start due to the filly warming up unfavourably.
ADELPHI STORM - weakened leaving the final bend.

There was a delay to the restart when ACENTO became fractious dislodging driver R Holmes. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Mr Holmes was unharmed in this incident.

ALMIGHTY CLEVER - late scratching at 5.14pm on Veterinary advice. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.

ASPIRATIONAL DREAM - lay inwards abruptly near the 250m hampering inside runners when driver J Morrison attempted to activate the removable deafeners which had become entangled. Notwithstanding this, Mr Morrison was warned for his lack of control in this incident.
DELLA'S FELLA - checked and broke near the 600m losing ground.
MUSCLYNN - hampered by a weakening runner near the 600m.
BEVRON - hampered by an outside runner near the 250m.
TRIBBIANI - raced wide early. Stewards investigated a possible breach of the Push Out Rule near the 1100m when ROCK LOBSTER and SWITCH ON briefly raced four wide. After viewing the replays it was established that driver T Williams (TRIBBIANI) had commenced his outwards movement prior to either runner reaching his sulky wheel and no further action was required.
