SUTTLE - trotted roughly leaving the final bend. Briefly inconvenienced near the 50m when BECKY'S GIRL shifted outwards marginally.
PETITE AMOUR - broke late in the score up losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly.
BECKY'S GIRL - shifted outwards marginally approaching the 50m briefly inconveniencing SUTTLE after driver B Williamson had activated the sliding blinds. Authorisation of 1st placing was withheld until Stewards had spoken to driver T Williams (SUTTLE) placed 2nd, who advised his chances had not been affected and he did not wish to proceed with a protest.
DUCHESS MARIA - late scratching at 9.00am on Veterinary advice. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.

COBA CHARGED - lay inwards and struck a track marker rounding the final bend.
IDEAL CONQUEROR - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
MAJOR TORQUE - driver S Ottley advised she did not activate the removable deafeners due to having the field covered.
KOWHAI NUGGET - broke at the start losing ground. Lay inwards leaving the final bend when weakening.
STYLE COUNCIL - over-raced middle stages. Driver K Cameron was issued a warning for using his whip with his foot removed from the sulky footrest in the early stages.
HEAVEN'S MARK - broke at the start losing all chance. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
FAREWELL SPIT - weakened leaving the final bend.
Race 3   IRT THANKS CRAIG THOMPSON (AKA THE WHALE) MOBILE TROT
SOMETHING ELSE - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver J Dunn. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Held up final bend.
SHEEP - placed in restricted room by an outside runner racing into the first bend having to be restrained.
ZHUTEE - broke in the run home losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the filly.
MAROUBRA - driver C Ford admitted a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) in that he drove carelessly racing into the first bend by shifting ground inwards when insufficiently clear of SHEEP which had to be restrained. After viewing the replays and hearing submissions on penalty, the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Ford's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 3 November up to and including 13 November 2025 (2 days).
PONTIFF - raced wide early. Broke near the 650m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
LADY LUCINDA - raced wide early. Lay inwards leaving the final bend striking a track marker.
HE'S MY CREATION - late scratching at 1.30pm on Veterinary advice.
MACHO MAN - hampered by a breaking runner near the 650m.
SENIOR CONSTABLE LIZ - pre-race warmed. Weakened from the 500m. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of connections with the mare being treated for muscle tie up. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
KING CHARLES - raced wide until reaching the parked position near the 1100m before hanging inwards with this runner's sulky wheel making contact with the front leg of PONTIFF. Notwithstanding the racing manners of the gelding, driver S Hill was advised to exercise greater care when shifting ground.
Connections advised Stewards on 1 November that SHEEP has been treated for a virus since last racing.
Race 4   IRT THANKS AARON WHITE MOBILE PACE
COMMANDER JOE - over-raced middle stages.
KOTARE KELSO - the required veterinary clearance was received.
ALWAYS B MAGIC - raced wide early.
CAPTAIN KOBE - over-raced early and middle stages.
TAKETHEPLUNGE - over-raced middle stages.
MUNROE'S MATE - over-raced middle stages. Weakened final bend. Driver J Morrison reported the gelding had been striking the sulky wheel discs.

ALMIGHTY - held up middle stages of the run home.
TU TANGATA - broke at the start and continued on in a break for a considerable distance despite the efforts of driver S Whatuira losing all chance. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
IT'S SO EASY - broke briefly at the start losing ground.
NAZARETH - raced wide from the 700m.
ASPIRATIONAL DREAM - held up early and middle stages of the run home.
VERY MAJESTIC - raced wide early.
JUDY J - broke at the start losing all chance.
TACTICAL BID - raced wide early. Raced wide again from the 800m. Broke rounding the final bend losing all chance.
Connections advised Stewards on 3 November that VERY MAJESTIC has been treated for a respiratory infection since last racing.
Race 6   JANICE GUERIN MEMORIAL MOBILE PACE
PLAYING WITH STARS - weakened final bend.
FRANCO SAILOR - weakened from the 700m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a slow recovery.
THOR - over-raced middle stages. Lay inwards at various stages causing driver B Orange difficulty.
LASA - late scratching at 10.05am on Veterinary advice.
ONE EYE BANDIT - lay outwards and paced roughly rounding the final bend. Raced greenly near the 250m and shifted up the track when hanging outwards despite the efforts of driver B Butt. Again paced roughly in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Mr Butt advised he elected to drive the gelding for one run as it possesses high speed however the horse had panicked when being forced wider rounding the final bend and had paced roughly and shifted outwards abruptly. Mr Butt added he would be making changes to the gelding's gear for future racing.
Connections advised Stewards on 5 November that GATECRASHER has been treated for a virus and a respiratory infection since last racing.
Race 7   IRT THANKS BRITTANY GRAHAM MOBILE PACE
A false start was declared due to SWEET TARTAN scoring up in the wrong position. Driver J Morrison was issued Minor Infringement Notices under Rule 858(1)(a) and (d) for coming to the barrier out of position resulting in a false start being declared with a fine of $300 being imposed.
SANDY SHORE - late scratching at 8.55am on Veterinary advice.
SWEET TARTAN - weakened early in the run home.
STICKIFINGERS - raced wide early.
REMISSION - raced wide early.
MAJOR PERFORMER - raced wide early.

Race 9   IRT THANKS CHAMPION SIRE BETTOR'S DELIGHT MOBILE PACE
PIONEER - hampered rounding the final bend before weakening in the run home.
I'M ROCKIN - lay inwards near the 1500m striking a track marker. Hampered rounding the final bend.
MIDNIGHT MIKI - driver M Purdon was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion in the run home.
THE NEXT BEST THING - raced wide early.
DONMARO - paced roughly when weakening rounding the final bend hampering trailing runners. A post-race veterinary examination and endoscopy revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
ESMERALDA - driver G O'Reilly was issued a warning for striking the sulky wheel of MIDNIGHT MIKI racing into the first bend when shifting ground inwards.
AMASS - broke after 100m losing ground. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding.
THE LAZARUS EFFECT - hampered rounding the final bend.
IT'S TOUGH - driver J Dunn advised he did not activate the sliding blinds due to having the field covered.

Race 10   IRT THANKS JASON PATTERSON MOBILE PACE
ARINITTI - hung outwards and paced roughly in the early stages losing ground. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Dunn advised he was disappointed with the effort and could offer no explanation. Mr Dunn added the horse will be examined by the stable veterinarian in the coming days and Stewards will follow up the results.
MELTON ENFORCER - raced wide early.
POISON IVY - over-raced middle stages. Held up early in the run home.
CRACKLE N CRUNCH - lay inwards early in the run home and briefly shifted into the passing lane having to be corrected.
SWIMMING POOLE - raced wide early.
