Connections advised Stewards on 1 October blood tests taken from TREACHEROUS BABY revealed a blood disorder which has been rectified.
Trainer G O'Reilly advised Stewards on 3 October ESMERALDA has had its joints treated since last racing.

Race 1   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION. MOBILE TROT
TAKE AFTER ME - weakened final bend.
SHEILA LAXON - co-trainers B & T White were issued a warning for failing to have mudguards affixed to their sulky. Lay inwards when BILLY KIMBER shifted outwards near the 100m becoming awkwardly placed close to that runner's sulky.
PETITE TRIXTON - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver K Butt. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
LIME IN A BOTTLE - weakened final bend.
SEE NO EVIL - late scratching at 9.48am on Veterinary advice.
Race 2   ROAD METALS MOBILE PACE
SAMVASA - over-raced early stages.
MCKENDRICK - lay inwards and raced greenly near the 1050m striking a track marker.
TACT TEVA - raced wide early before being restrained to the rear of the field. Again raced wide from the 700m. Hung inwards throughout the run home having to be corrected.
QUINN - over-raced early stages. Held up final bend.
HI HOPES - raced greenly late in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare.
Race 3   XCM SPORT MOBILE TROT
WATERLOO STATION - connections advised the gelding would be racing without front shoes.
TU TANGATA - trotted roughly and broke near the 500m losing all chance.
Trainer P Nairn advised Stewards on 22 October WATERLOO STATION has had its hocks treated since last racing.
Race 4   US CAPTAIN AT WAI EYRE FARM MOBILE PACE
SOCIAL DISTANCING - over-raced early stages when being restrained. Continued to over-race through the middle stages.
KOTARE KELSO - late scratching at 3.17pm on Veterinary advice. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance prior to resuming.
Race 5   THE FUTURE IS SWEET WITH SWEET LOU MOBILE PACE
EVANGALIST - weakened from the 700m and then lay inwards final bend hampering a trailing runner and contacting track markers. When questioned regarding the performance driver C Dalgety advised the mare felt unsuited by the prevailing track conditions. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare had suffered an atrial fibrillation. Stood down pending a veterinary clearance including the results of an ECG prior to completing one satisfactory trial before resuming.
TEMPO WARRIOR - lay inwards final bend and contacted a track marker.
FRANCENT - raced greenly when being restrained shortly after the start resulting in FIVE CROWNS having to steady when becoming awkwardly placed close to the sulky of that runner.
BAZOOKA - paced roughly in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the gelding. Lay inwards rounding the final bend and lost ground placing an inside runner in restricted room momentarily near the 350m.
FIVE CROWNS - had to be steadied shortly after the start.
AUDACITY - held up for a distance passing the 700m. Placed in restricted room briefly by an outside runner near the 350m. Again held up in the middle stages of the run home. Cleared from the unruly for future mobile starts.
Race 6   WDC COMING TO NZ THIS NOVEMBER WDC25.NZ HANDICAP TROT
MAD JACK - stumbled and broke near the 350m hampering trailing runners losing ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. A warning was placed on the racing record of the gelding.
SUNNY LOUIS - weakened final bend.
ZOLTAN BOSCIK - hampered by a breaking runner near the 350m. Held up early in the run home.
KAWHI - hampered by a breaking runner near the 350m.
HELLOVEAMOMENT - broke after 100m hampering a trailing runner losing all chance.
CONFESSIONAL - broke shortly after the start losing all chance. Placed on the unruly for future standing starts.
MAUI - hampered by a breaking runner after 100m. Driver L McCormick was issued a warning for using his whip with more than a wrist flicking motion and in a continuous manner in the run home.
TYRON EROS - lay inwards near the 1500m placing an inside runner in restricted room which contacted a track marker. Broke near the 500m losing all chance.
MYSTIC MAX - placed in restricted room by an outside runner near the 1500m and contacted a track marker. Held up early in the run home.
JIMMY CARTER - broke at the start losing all chance.
Race 7   DUNSTAN SIRES' STAKES SERIES 2YO FILLIES (HEAT 3) MOB PACE
MAMAS CRUNCH - weakened from the 500m hampering trailing runners. When questioned regarding the performance driver T Chmiel advised he was disappointed and was unable to provide any explanation. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
WAT NEXT - placed in restricted room and struck a track marker near the 350m.
JAY JAY DENARIO - hampered by a weakening runner near the 500m.
ALL OF ME - had difficulty obtaining clear racing room in the run home. Driver C Dalgety advised he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
ALECTO - raced wide without cover from the 900m.
SECRET WISH - hampered by a weakening runner near the 500m.
RIPPLES - held up final bend. When questioned regarding the performance driver J Cox advised the filly may not have handled the track conditions and would take benefit from the race.
Trainer N Williamson advised Stewards on 22 October that INDULGE ME has had its fetlocks treated since last racing.
Race 8   WOODLANDS STUD SIRES STAKES SERIES 2YO C&G (HEAT 4) MOB PACE
SPECIAL OCCASION - weakened in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance co-trainer/driver M Purdon advised the gelding had raced lethargically and may not have handled the track conditions. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a high heart rate and slow recovery. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
ALLAMERICANPLAYER - driver T Williams was issued a warning for using his whip in a continuous manner in the run home.
WAR CHIEF - lay inwards late in the run home.
Connections advised Stewards on 8 October blood tests and a further examination of SPECIAL OCCASION failed to detect any abnormality and it was their intention to continue with the current preparation.
Race 9   NEVELE R 3YO FILLIES SERIES (HEAT 6) MOBILE PACE
GONE SURFIN - driver J Dunn was reminded of his obligation to drive his horse out fully to the finish after momentarily ceasing his efforts near the 50m before resuming. In assessing this matter, Stewards considered the margin at the finish and the manner in which the horse was tiring. Mr Dunn advised the sliding blinds had become entangled and did not fully activate.
ONE FOR JAY - raced wide early.
CAUGHT THE EYE - held up late in the run home.
BESIDE ME - lay inwards in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance driver C Dalgety advised the filly had proved difficult to steer at various stages and he would be recommending gear changes.
ARAFURA - over-raced middle stages. Paced roughly near the 400m and was then held up early in the run home. Again paced roughly near the 100m. Driver M Purdon advised he did not activate the removable deafeners in consequence.
Race 10   GOLD BAND TAXIS MOBILE PACE
ARINITTI - the blinds were removed prior to the start after warming up unfavourably. Lay outwards in the run home forcing an outside runner wider.
POISON IVY - over-raced near the 1300m when being restrained to trail.
CONNIE GOLIGHTLY - weakened final bend.
SNAPS - weakened final bend.
SWIMMING POOLE - fractious prior to the start. Lay inwards over the early stages. Raced greenly near the 400m and lay inwards and became awkwardly placed close to the sulky of ARINITTI. Lay inwards on several occasions in the run home.
