After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of Mr Kyle's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing on 28 September until the conclusion of racing on 9 October 2025, 2 days. | |

| RUSH - weakened final bend. When questioned regarding the performance trainer/driver M Jones advised that although the mare had raced parked he was disappointed with the effort. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormality. | |

| EL DRAEGO - fractious prior to and then broke in the score up and was out of position at the start. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the mare. Broke after 150m losing all chance and was retired from the race. A warning was also placed on the racing record of the mare. | |
| TOP POCKET CHANCE - trainer C Buchan was issued with a warning after presenting the gelding with blinds not notified. Weakened final bend. | |
| HEAVENS ARE HEAVING - out of position at the start despite the efforts of driver M Hurrell. A warning was placed on the barrier record of the filly. Broke passing the 1300m losing ground. Broke again passing the 400m losing all chance. Driver M Hurrell reported that the filly had been striking its knees and made abnormal breathing noises during the running. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the filly to have some abrasions to its near fore and a high heart rate however had recovered well. Trainer W McDonald advised that he would give some consideration to sending HEAVENS ARE HEAVING for a spell. | |
