| Junior driver D Anderson (MONTAGE), assisted by N Williamson, defended a charge under Rule 869(3)(b) alleging that he drove carelessly near the 1800m when shifting ground inwards checking TRENDY VAN GOGH (C Dalgety) which broke in consequence losing all chance. After viewing replays and hearing evidence from Mr Anderson, Mr Williamson, Mr Dalgety and the Stewards, the Adjudicative Committee found the charge proved and suspended Mr Anderson's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today, 4 September up to and including 9 October 2025, 6 days. |

Mr Dewe, who declined the assistance of a senior driver, admitted a charge under Rule 868(3) in that he failed to drive his runner out to the end of the race when there was a reasonable chance of finishing in 2nd placing. After viewing replays and considering submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Mr Dewe's driver's licence from the conclusion of racing today, 4 September up to and including 9 October 2025 (5 days). | |
