Race 1   CAMBRIDGE RDA FUNDRAISER SKYLINE LOUNGE 30 OCT MOBILE PACE
RIVERBOY BEN - weakened rounding the final turn. When questioned regarding the performance Driver J Brownlee advised that the gelding felt lethargic throughout. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Stewards will follow up with connections in the coming days.
MARIA KIRILENKO - weakened leaving the final turn.
Connections advised Stewards on 12 September that RIVERBOY BEN has recovered well from its disappointing performance and will continue with its current preparation.
Race 2   HARNESS HOEDOWN IN SKYLINE LOUNGE 25TH SEPT HCP TROT
KC'S PRINCESS - broke shortly after the start losing considerable ground. Authorisation of 4th placing was withheld until Stewards were satisfied the mare had complied with the Breaking Horses Regulation.
SONSOFTHEMERCH - broke at the start losing all chance.
REAL MOONSHINE - broke near the 500m losing all chance. Broke again in the run home.
Race 3   BLOKES' NIGHT TICKETS AVAILABLE NOW 18TH SEPT MOBILE PACE
CUPIDS ARROW - Trainer Z Meredith was warned for the late driver notification of J Dunn. Required assistance from a Starting Attendant prior to the start. Out of position at the start. Placed on the unruly for future mobiles. Checked by a breaking runner then paced roughly rounding the first turn.
RHINESTONE - paced roughly then broke entering the first turn checking a trailing runner and settled at the rear. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
BROOKIES PRINCESS - paced roughly late in the run home. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
SMOOTH SCOOB - raced wide early then unsuccessfully contested for the lead early in the back straight the first time. Lay in at various stages.
TIGER SHIRL - lay in contacting a track marker near the 750m.
ABMAN - held up final turn and late the run home.
Race 4   IRT. YOUR HORSE. OUR PASSION. MOBILE TROT.
CRAZY - broke in the score up losing all chance. Stood down to trial to the satisfaction of Stewards on one occasion from a mobile start prior to resuming.
PRESIDENT FLYNNTIN - broke early in the score up and was back from position at dispatch. A warning was placed on the gelding's barrier manners.
LOTERIA - broke at the start losing all chance. Placed on the unruly for future mobiles.
JASINOVA - held up early in the run home.
EAGLE HANOVER - the off side number became detached and hung down during the running. Trotted roughly in the run home. When questioned regarding the performance Driver C Hackett could offer no explanation for the mare's disappointing performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5   DUNSTAN HORSEFEEDS MOBILE PACE
MANDALA - had to be steadied entering the first turn when CHANGE TACT shifted down on to the marker line. Paced roughly for several strides shortly after and shifted out contributing to an outside runner being placed in restricted room. Paced roughly again near the 350m.
JACCKA OPA - placed in restricted room first turn. Over-raced middle stages.
CHANGE TACT - Driver M White was warned for the manner in which he shifted ground inwards first turn. Held up early final turn.
ADJOURNMENT - raced wide early. Lay in racing into the first turn contributing to an inside runner being placed in restricted room.
TWISTA - when questioned regarding the performance Driver J Dunn advised that he did not get a trail into the race as he had hoped and had to race wide rounding the final turn.
Race 6   XMAS PACKAGES ON SALE NOW @ CAMBRIDGE RACEWAY MOBILE PACE
BENJAMIN BUTTON - over-raced early and middle stages.
AMARETTO DELIGHT - hampered briefly approaching the 200m.
BAILEYS PITCH - checked when locking wheels with SKYS LEGACY approaching the 200m.
SKYS LEGACY - broke approaching the 200m and shifted outwards locking wheels with BAILEYS PITCH, which was checked losing ground, with AMARETTO DELIGHT being hampered momentarily. Authorisation of 3rd placing was withheld until Stewards had viewed the replays and were satisfied that there was not sufficient grounds for a protest given the margins involved between 3rd and 5th placing. A warning was placed on the gelding's racing manners.
